The guy I spoked to told me that if I came into the store they would be able to look it my information and check the warrantly status. I went into the store and after waiting around for several minutes I was waited on. After giving the Gentlemen all the information He told me there was no record of me purchasing a battery in the system. I gave him multiple pieces of info and it was the same story. Then he told me well only way I can do anything for you is if you have the receipt. wasted hours of my time between calling and going into the store. I would avoid Auto Zone if I were you.
