Went to this shop because the other nearby shop closed down. I have had 4 tires mounted, shocks…read morerebuilt and carb cleaned all at decent prices. They are straight shooters and don't try and rip you off with BS stuff. I will bring all always my bikes here.

I spoke with a Chris, and asked him about doing the rebuild. He said sure but that he would be busy over the next couple days. So I asked if I waited a week and brought it down then would he be able to work on it. He confirmed that he could, and I set up a drop off time. I show up at the drop off time and walk into the shop. I wasn't sure if I was at a business or the mall, as it seemed to just be a hangout for 15 year old kids. I asked to speak to Chris and told him who I was, and he had no idea who I was or even remembered our conversation about my ATV. I was weary about leaving it with him now, but I did so based on the recommendation I was given in the first place to go there. I asked for a time frame and was told "a week or so". I gave him a $100 deposit to begin the work. A week goes by and I hear nothing. I call and leave a voicemail, and get no response. Two weeks go by, no calls. I call and leave another voicemail. Three weeks now and no call. I call repeatedly for a few days until I get an answer, and finally Chris answers the phone, and he says he just started pulling the ATV apart. I asked him why just now since I made the appointment for him to work on it 3 weeks ago. The only answer I received was that "something came up". He tells me he is going to need a few more days. Another week goes by, no call. I call them, and Chris answers the phone, and he puts the phone down, and I can hear him and another guy talking to each other in the background saying, "you tell him, I'm not going to tell him". He finally gets back on the phone and tells me they have done nothing further with the ATV. Since there is nothing I can do but be perplexed at the extreme unprofessional nature of this "business", I tell him I will be there tomorrow to pick up my ATV. No apology, just an "ok" followed by a click of the phone. To top it all off, I have to drive a half hour down to pick up my ATV, and it's now dissected and given back to me in boxes. I get my ATV, boxes of random parts, and $100 deposit, and then a week later, I get a call saying that they forgot to give me a part. So now I have to drive back down there again due to their incredible incompetence. This place takes the cake for not having any clue on what they are doing. Do yourself a favor and take your motorsports to a qualified reputable shop and skip right over these kids.

This is going to be long, but I would like to explain the circumstances and my review in full…read more I arrived at Robertsons Monday January 12, 2026 to order a passenger seat for my Honda HRV. I was told that it should be the next day. The following day, I called before driving 45 minutes to Wareham, to make sure the seat was there, which it was. I'm not sure why nobody ever called to inform me that it was ready. Upon arrival, they had the wrong seat, it was supposed to be cloth and the one they had appeared to be leather or "pleather". I politely asked "Is this considered cloth?" The man working, had an attitude and simply replied "You can go inside and complain in there". I went inside and immediately they attempted to rectify the situation, and I was told they had reordered the correct seat and now it will arrive in 2-3 days. I called again, two days later and was greeted on the phone with confusion, placed on hold and then sent to a voicemail. I left a voicemail, and nobody ever called back. I called back again on Thursday and this time, I was told "the part was never reordered, but now should be here Monday (1/19). Monday came and went and I never heard from anyone at Roberstons once again, to tell me that my part had arrived. Tuesday morning, I called and asked to speak to a manager, he immediately said he was taking care of it and the part should now arrive in 1-2 days again. The afternoon Thursday comes, and still have not received any phone calls from Robertson's, so I once again call and find, after some confusion, that my part is there and ready to be picked up. It was ready since the day before, no notification!!!! So ultimately I am just relieved that they finally have my part, because I need it to pass inspection this month in my car. I notice that the receipt they gave me, does not match the amount of money that my card was charged. I was charged an extra $9.08. When I asked, I was informed that that was the credit card processing fee, which I do understand, but it is not posted that you will be charged extra for the processing fee. In fact, I had cash in my hand when I went to pay and the guy shoved the card reader towards me, so I just ran my card instead of using my cash. The "cashier" proceeds to tell me that there is a sign, and there is a very small sign on the left lower corner of the window that says "save if you pay cash" nowhere does it say that you will be charged if you use a credit card. I told them that, they should probably move the sign to a place where people can see it and make it more clear. A good place to put it would be on or right next to the card reader, and she proceeded to tell me that usually people "hang out for 5-10 minutes next to the sign". The manager even came over and said that they usually tell people about the transaction fee, but sometimes they "forget". This is by far the most shameless and shotty customer service I have experienced in a long time. SEEMS PRETTY SCAMMY TO ME!! And to top all of that off, not one person offered an apology or any solutions, except for the one manager I talked to that finally got my part.

Avoid the Wareham and Plymouth locations unless you want to be scammed for unnecessary repairs…read more I brought my 1998 Chevy Express conversion van in for a routine alignment. My trusted independent mechanic had just completely rebuilt the front end with brand-new inner/outer tie rods and stabilizer links. Crucially, my mechanic personally freed up all the camber and caster adjustment bolts beforehand so the alignment would be seamless. Wareham pulled a lazy "tow and go" and claimed they couldn't reach the bolts. Corporate stepped in and sent me to Plymouth, claiming they had the proper tools. Plymouth called me with a fabricated story. First, they claimed the adjustment bolts were frozen. When my mechanic called them out on that lie, they immediately shifted their story and claimed they could turn the bolts, but the upper control arm was "seized to the frame," refused to adjust, and would need to be cut off. They immediately tried to hit me up for a $1,200 quote for new upper control arms. Here is where they caught themselves in a massive lie: the control arms on this van are relatively new insurance replacements, and when they handed me the final alignment printout, the camber and caster numbers were completely different from when I drove in. Basic physics and suspension geometry dictate that if the alignment numbers changed, the control arm physically moved. They forced the adjustments even further into the red, threw my perfect toe spec completely out of alignment, and then tried to scare me into a massive, unnecessary $1,200 repair. I refused to pay a single dime, walked out with my van, and took my business to an honest independent shop. They rely on cookie-cutter corporate sales scripts to exploit people they assume don't know any better. If you go here, check your printouts carefully--their own data exposes their dishonesty. UPDATE: Regional Manager called me from Barnstable to address this review. Instead of investigating a documented safety issue or addressing the physical data proving the alignment numbers changed on the rack, he spent a two-minute phone call yelling at me, attempting to talk over me, and trying to bully me into removing my public feedback. He admitted that the camber and caster numbers moved, but claimed that a technician turning a wrench and changing the vehicle's geometry on a screen is just a "matter of opinion." He then tried to guilt-trip me by stating they spent five hours on my vehicle, ignoring the fact that they spent those five hours actively making the alignment worse to fabricate a twelve-hundred-dollar repair checklist. This company does not care about vehicle safety or mechanical reality; they only care about manipulating public metrics and protecting their store scores.
