I looked online, and Autozone said they would deliver to my house the same day for $10.95. I placed the order online, and I am happy that they delivered. I get an email confirmation. Then, I get an email that it is on the way. I'm impressed. Then I got a phone call telling me they didn't have the battery. But they will have it in the store by noon Saturday and will call when it arrives. I say fine. Saturday comes, and no call comes, but an email tells me the battery is in the store, and if I come and pick it up, they will graciously refund my delivery charge. Graciously? I wrote back and told them to refund everything. They promptly issued a complete refund. They obviously don't offer local delivery, or somebody didn't show up for work that day. And, drum roll, please; I got the same battery a day later at O'Reilly Auto Partts for $100 less. You be the judge.

Well when he came out and looked at it he realized and told me that these tires need to be "re-learned into the computer system. Luckily for me a bay just opened up and he had me drive right in. It was a complicated process took a couple of guys about five minutes! Letting air out, putting air in. Re-setting each wheel with a scanner. Steve and the owner were nice but not much else was done to the RV We got it home and the batteries were dead. The parking brake was damaged and didn't work. We found nothing in the RV in way of books explaining anything about it...we asked Steve a few times if former owners could be contacted to get the books. We heard nothing back. Fast forward weeks later and we found a compartment in the RV we didn't know about and all the Manuels and service info were in this compartment! This was so simple why couldn't the staff just find out for us?! I guess if you can't find an RV this place is a good start but I don't think any real check of the rv's is completed prior to buying a unit.

Appointment lady out but we will have her call you when she gets back. 1 1/2 weeks later....nothing. we call again. she was out for lunch and the dude answering sounded apologetic and said he would put us on top of the pile from being on the bottom and she woukd call. Nothing. By now plans are gone and other issues needing our attention have surfaced. we never, EVER heard back from them. WORST service we've had in a very long time. As in no service. Cant say we woukd ever recommend them or try again. They don't care.
