Finally got them to agree to do it and they said it would be about an hour. I said okay can I come back in an hour. They removed me from the list and when I came back in an hour they had me wait an additional 2.5 hours. Not very good communication of expectation there. More recently I dropped off two wheels to get new tires put on. They told me the tires would be delivered at 2:00/3:00 and they would put them on and call me back. I called around 4:45 just to check in as I was busy working and they said they were done. When I asked why they didn't call and let me know there was no answer. I needed these tires to do work of my own. In the two experiences I've had there the customer service and care seems extremely lacking. They may do good service but I won't be the one finding out.
