Lol. Interior / Exterior I'm not sure about this because I didn't visit because I sent my nephew to pick up the parts for me. Customer Service The gentleman I spoke to on the phone (twice) was very pleasant. They are only open weekdays and they close at 5:30pm. Add to that, they don't offer online shopping (that catalog URL is a dead link) AND they don't offer phone orders / shipping. Please be advised the inventory is limited. For instance, I had some passenger side bumper damage, so I needed a new bumper, but I also needed the right (passenger) side trim for my fog light. The associate warned me that they ONLY had the trim for the right side, not the left, so I was lucky. Since they don't take phone orders and they're about an hour's drive from me, I cash apped my nephew (who lives near the store) and did a parts 'reservation' over the phone. My nephew paid and picked up the parts and we met at the halfway point. Lol. Price / Value Most people know this - but just to be clear, there are 3 different 'types' of auto parts: genuine, OEM and after-market. Certifit does not carry genuine or OEM parts. They are upfront and tell you that this in after-market part. Some people have had problems with after-market parts not fitting. Certifit 'stands behind' their parts by allowing returns as long as the part is not altered, painted or damaged in any way when being presented for return. My new, after-market bumper for my Camry was $90. Comparatively, Toyota's genuine part was $329. And the OEM part (priced at 2 other places) was $279. The bumper doctor had used but damaged (genuine and OEM) bumpers for $80. Overall After my parts were painted and installed, I realized that there is another piece of trim that goes around the light that is missing from the fog light cover. Since I'm not sure if this was an error on their part - or if this is how they sell the part - and I'm not driving an hour to find out, at some point, I'll have to order the part from Toyota or an online vendor and pay my installer to take the bumper off to snap this minor piece on. But it will NOT be anytime soon. I mention it to say, having a catalog or online repository of inventory would make stuff like this avoidable. And I totally realize that I (or the installer) should have caught the issue before putting the whole bumper back on the car. I am happy with my purchase. But I do wish they had a way to view parts / inventory online and I wish there was way to pay over the phone and ship, but I didn't deduct a star because realistically, I realize if they did this - their prices would probably go up. Oh well - you can't have it all!

I called ahead to get a quote for my newly purchased 2008 Dodge Charger and was told $320, with a discount available if I showed my receipt since I'm a returning customer. I was also told I could have it done same day. When I arrived to drop off the car, the owner came outside and added an extra $100 because he "has to remove the previous tint" - something that should have been addressed during the initial quote. Fine, I accepted it. The timeline then changed to the next day by 2pm, and he told me to call in the morning to confirm. I called, and he confirmed 2pm. I showed up at 2pm to pick up my car, only to find out the work wasn't even finished because the battery had died. No one bothered to call me. No one attempted to jump it. They just left my car sitting there incomplete. But here's the worst part: while I was sitting there waiting, I overheard the owner say that with "these types of cars" (Chargers), they need to "tax" the customers. So not only was I hit with hidden fees and broken promises, but they're openly admitting to price gouging certain customers. Bait-and-switch pricing, zero communication, and a business owner who brags about overcharging people. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

The paint chip was about the size of half of a dime. I brought my car here and they charged me 1/5 the price of Tesla and Half the price of anyone else. They completely fixed the area and color matched and painted it as well. I dropped the car off at 4 pm and got it at 10am the next day. ABSOLUTELY IMPECCABLE SERVICE. They also washed my car btw. Professional ,non-exploitative and the best decision that I could have made. Top Tier: 10/10 especially given the fact the it was my new car
