Alec, the service and location Manager/Director is the best. He is honest and always comes up with the best and most reasonable repair solutions for my Bimmers. Recently my 2009 X5 finally gave up on me with about 260k miles. He even offered to help me find another X5. Now, that is not your typical repair place! They go over and beyond the normal expectations, even for a hard to please client like me. I finally found a replacement x5 but diesel version and I will trust no one but them to service this replacement vehicle. If you drive an Audi, BMW, Porsche, Mercedes, VW, Ferrari or any other European car, this is the only place you should be taking your car for repair, maintenance or service. They are the best! I stand by these guys! The owner is also a beast when it comes to repairs. He has no problem rolling his sleeves up to jump in and help when the guys get slammed! I witnessed this when both of my headlight assemblies needed to be replaced due to faulty wiring (vehicle age related) which included bumper removal. The guys were slammed and the owner rolled his sleeves up to handled the job! I got my car back the next day versus having to wait a week! Now that is making sure your clients are treated as a priority!!

While it wasn't cheap to get my car in a better place, it was, from my research, around industry standard and Matt did help me out with cutting down on labor costs when they could bundle things together. I wish I'd found these guys when I first moved to Atlanta, would've saved me a lot of headache, and I won't be taking my car anywhere else.

The repair for the "check engine light" would clear for approximately 2 weeks and reappear each time. THEY NEVER CORRECTED THE PROBLEM. The owner would give one repair cost over the phone to my husband and charge me a different repair price on the premises...He claimed that the computer was at fault! As if that wasn't enough, they lost the engine cover to my car without making an effort to correct. Refuse to return a $15 overcharge and want us to deduct it from our next charge when we bring the car back to be repaired! This business was initially dependable about 18 months ago, but given the recent circumstances, I would advise you to choose a different car repair shop. This place is more about money than it is about quality service. It's like playing Russian Roulette...Just don't trust them!

I was on the highway 300 miles away when my tire almost fell off my car with my two and four year old inside. They were the last people to touch the car before a road trip. I even came back and asked them to check out some noises and lack of power. Turns out, I was leaking transmission fluid. When I brought this up to them, They apologized and then went on to question who might have been have unsuccessfully trying to steal my wheel or sabotage my life. Disregarding responsibility for a thourogh job and safety. Offensive lack of ownership. I bring this up because I cringe every time I pass either shop.

One excuse after another but was promised all 4 Rusty brake lines would be replaced for $700. The truck was supposedly repaired by my return trip on Friday the 12th. Well it wasn't. It cost almost $300 to Uber home to SC, 197 miles. I was again told the truck was ready at 5:50pm on Monday when it clearly says the shop closes at 6 pm. After swapping work days I was able to get a ride there Wednesday morning and was told only 2 of the 4 brake lines were replaced. dissatisfied and feeling majorly ripped off. If you don't live local, don't go here for repairs.

Called and the gentleman was nice and had great customer service. He made jokes on the phone, and I felt comfortable going to this place. I have since been there three times, and my AC is still not fixed. Each new time, there's something new that needs to be done, but no sense of urgency to do it. I am still waiting on an estimate promised in October. Additionally, I asked them to do a safety check and change my oil, which they did. Only to have my car notify me that my oil needed to be changed just two weeks after. There's little to no paperwork given to me, so only the Lord knows what's been done to my car. That part, I'll take onus for. I should've asked. It's a friendly establishment, but jokes don't fix cars. I do not recommend this location.
