The small blond girl at the counter told me, if I wanted credit under their battery warranty, I had to give them the battery. They would charge it and check it to see if it really is bad. Takes about "two days." I asked, "So, what do I do for a battery until then?" She replied, "I don't know." I purchased my battery elsewhere and won't be returning. I expect a rational return policy.

We needed more seating for all the people we constantly lug around and I wanted more ability to carry stuff if we didn't have passengers. We looked everywhere and everyone wanted at least a couple grand down along with the trade in and no one wanted to give us a decent value on our vehicle. Then we found something here that worked for us. A 7 seater Buick Enclave. Now don't get me wrong, we loved our little Kia Soul but it just wasn't big enough. Well, Tony D found a way to get us into the Enclave with no money down, just the trade in. We are ecstatic. And the process wasn't even painful. I give Rapids Ford 15 thumbs up.
