Walked in and was greeted, gave my info, keys and went for a walk. By the time I got back my vehicle was on the lift and the techs were on it. As I sat in the waiting room a tech by the name of Zack said things were going smooth but he wanted me to know that I would need brakes re-done before spring. Main issue is I was not told before hand that if it was not covered under warranty I would be charged over 200$ for a diagnostic. This is something I would think is extremely important to cover before performing the service.Especially when the customer specifically asks if the service would be covered under the warranty. Murphy's on-site RV repair was able to get us in the next day. The tech, Mark was excellent. Diagnosed a locked up compressor on the bad a/c unit and serviced the other two units. A replacement unit was ordered and delivered the next day. Murphy's let us camp in their parking lot overnight with electric and water. The next day the new a/c was installed and we were on the road by 2pm. Nice friendly folks. We received excellent care and service as well as fair pricing. Super friendly folks. This is a small business that we were glad to support. They service many campgrounds in the Wisconsin Rapids area with mobile rv techs.
