Manager Joe "did not give his last name" who was extremely condescending the entire time. Insisted it was not rust. Did take cover the cost of the diagnostic. Main issue is I was not told before hand that if it was not covered under warranty I would be charged over 200$ for a diagnostic. This is something I would think is extremely important to cover before performing the service.Especially when the customer specifically asks if the service would be covered under the warranty. The actual flex pipe portion from MINI would have cost close to $200. Todd was able to cut out the old section and weld in a new flex pipe and flare the pipe to reuse the factory clamps and mounting.
