I work here in the summer and down south in the winter so when my check engine light came on a month before needing to head south I was worried I would not make my deadline out of here. It was an issue that meant I shouldn't drive so I left my Ram at the dealership to hopefully be able to be fit in before the end of the month. All my research about this check engine code meant not good things and the tech even thought he'd have to tear completely into my transmission to diagnose the problem, but he kept poking around and found that it was a simple pressure valve that they had in stock! They were able to fix my pickup and get it back to me way before my deadline to head south! Also they have Rotella T6 in stock right now so I scheduled an appointment to get that changed tomorrow. Thank you Kelly for all of your help. Such a relief knowing a dealership you can trust when you need them. Oh! I almost forgot! My truck was clean when I picked it up too! They took care to check all the fluids, put synthetic in, and even vacuumed the carpet and washed the windows. Pricing was average to a little more expensive than my normal guy, but they got me in same day when he couldn't so I'll call it a convence fee.
