They we're always respectful and detailed. If they found issues while I was at home, they would call me, tell me, give me the option if I want them to fix it. My quotes always matched my bill. I tend to ask a lot of questions because that's how I learn. They took me to my car and showed me the issue. Then showed me what it SHOULD look like, no car place ever did that. I had a new found respect for them after they did that. I always do my research no matter what the situation is. That way, I know what to ask and to expect.

I said that I did not opt in for a warranty nor was I offered the option to opt in or out for one. He then said, "Ok, you can buy the parts, and I will charge you $400 in labor." The scam is real. Luckily, punctured enough to still be drivable. Made an appointment at this Mavis as it is the closest to my house. I explained the situation. Appointment said wait could be up to 3 hours. Not ideal but this was urgent so I was willing. The mechanic said he can do it right in the parking lot, which they did in just a minutes. They even filled the tire once they were done. They were very busy at this point (around 12pm on a Saturday) and they still took time to fix my tire. Great service, great people. I wish I had got his name, but I will be going back. I definitely recommend these guys. 100% customer oriented regardless of how busy and chaotic they are.
