After visiting the shop and meeting Mike, I was impressed with his honesty and approach during the sales process. We agreed on a price including any other possible extras, and to his credit, that's exactly what the invoice came to. It took approximately 2-hours and I decided to wait. All along he kept me posted on the progress, and in the end, it came out looking like a factory install! Nothing was out of place, the wires were hidden properly and everything worked as it should. In this day and age of ordering "online", it's rare to find a local business (especially in his line of work since so many closed beyond the pandemic) who does exactly as they promise. Mike is a stand-up guy, and his work is top-notch. From a pricing perspective, you could find "cheaper", but in the end, if you want something done right, you get what you pay for. Always an excuse. I've gone here day excuse "I'm not doing…read morethat today." I just stood there staring at him, then he switched it to "it's broken." Sadly that wasn't the first time that guy said it was broken. Twice they said they "don't do it after dark" even though it wasn't dark the second time. I wish I could say that they have remarkable customer service but unfortunately I would be stretching the truth if I said that. Maybe next time will be better.
