That in itself is beyond worth it in terms of the experience. The transparency is what I value most. I had requested a tire rotation. I feel like most places, especially when they are busy, would just rotate the tires and call it a day. In this case, I was told they would not rotate my tires because my 2 back tires were super worn and wearing unevenly which would not be a benefit to my car if I rotated them. They made their recommendations and were not pushy at all about what I did or did not do for that matter. They told me they honor their estimates for 30 days (if memory serves me right) and that I could call ahead any time if I wanted to do any of the repairs that were not done then. I love the attention to detail too. I had come in right around Halloween so they left me some candy in the car when they were done! You know I will be back!

Thank goodness I had them look it over, because the vehicle wasn't even able to pass inspection. Making matters worse, the front lower ball joints were damaged, making it unsafe to drive. I am not just bashing, this is my first negative review on any company I hate to deal with bs....I did not get nowhere with the general miniature. I had to change my original appointment with short notice due to the weather earlier this week and today I was like an hour late to my appointment because of poor time management on my part. When I walked into the shop, I was welcomed so kindly by Esten, who introduced himself and his partner to me. He listened to all the concerns I had about my car, then waited patiently for me to get myself together and figure out how I would wait for the work to be done. Rather than send me to the back of the line, they worked on my car right away they explained so much to me about cars when it was clear I didn't know much, Esten even called my dealership to check to see if I still had a warranty on any of my parts! He went above and beyond for me even without knowing me. He told me everything I needed once they checked my car out, gave me a list of prices including the labor charges, gave me a timeframe of when I should be replacing things and I was just literally blown away by their ability to relieve all of my concerns and give me an affordable game plan moving forward.
