I found these guys and got a reasonable quote. We worked around my friend's doctor appointments and drove from Brentwood to Tracy one morning. We arrived, hobbled in, (I was on crutches from a foot problem, he on his walker) and were immediately treated like royalty. The took the keys and whisked the truck away. We wandered around looking and asking questions about a variety of products they carried and before we knew it they were handing back the keys, we paid for it and went outside to see how the new cover worked. It looked great and operated fine. They even removed and disposed of the old tonneau cover for free. A great place to do business!

This transaction went smooth...unfortunately the new alternator was a dud, left me stranded and drained my battery. after it was installed. The car was towed 40 miles back to the shop. My mechanic de-installed the dud alternator & battery then I called Issac...yeah I was heated but Issac took care of everything...Replaced the battery which wasn't under warranty, got me a new alternator and covered the reinstalling cost to my mechanic...Much props to Issac thankx man...

I like that - and although I understand the temptation to close a bit early I'm used to the high customer service from Trader Joes - there the rule is as long as your there before closing time - even just half a minute - they let you in... they have the same policy here due to the strong work ethic from the two behind the counter. They run right through the finish line. Store was clean and bright and nothing out of place. Very impressive. Its evident that the workers here wear many hats and preform a variety of tasks to achieve efficiency. One thing I always keep in mind is how restaurants operate. I can't stand some waitress just hanging around killing time when things are not tidy. I like the slogan 'if you've got time to lean, you've got time to clean.' Some of the cars I have are getting difficult to get parts for. Often special order is necessary - and the willingness to check and order close to closing time was noticed. Then got text message from aforementioned party telling us we were being ripped off by other aforementioned party with the quote. Damn. All I wanted was to get shocks rebuilt. And all I got was gearhead drama. Stay away! I have my vehicle set up to go to Deetz Off Road. Save yourself the hassle, and make an appointment there.
