They are super helpful, whether it be checking your alternator or battery, or installing windshield wipers, they take care of you. Absolutely the most unhelpful group of people at this orielly. Ive had countless times where they will do whatever it takes to get out of doing something. Want to get my codes checked out, at 6pm, nope. Wont go out there because its too "Dangerous". bunch of lazy workers. Ive seen a dude outside taking a smoke break way later than 6. I have never been so underserved here. Have always gone here not anymore. There is a rude very unhelpful lady behind the counter. Would not help me locate windshield blades in the store nor help with the installation. (The outside clearly states free installation as does the front of where you check out. ) This employee took her time walking around the store and helping a man before me but when I got up for more turn, she was not only rude, but not willing to help. She said they weren't helping with installs of blades right now. So much for customer service. Won't be back. Would have given zero stars. read more

After Auto Zone gave me the run around, I went to O'Reilly's by 11TH in Tracy, who didn't have my part, but the nice parts guy checked with his brother at their store down the street by Harbor Freight, who did have it in stock & it was waiting for me in 5 minutes. Joel was extremely helpful when I purchased my wiper blades. It's been a while and I was a little confused and he recommended some great blades and offered to install which was super helpful! Came here to look for some auto detailing pads and found out they TURN rotors here for a very good price! So I decided to go home and take apart my Vehicles rotors for them to turn. They made sure to give me all the details and wait times and found the right people to do so. Dropped rotors off at 2:30 and picked them up at 4:20. SUPER SATISFIED WITH TE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TURNING RESULTS. Made them look brand spanning new! Oh while I was at it, they have a oil recycling bin to drop off your used motor oils to help protect the environment for your DIYers like myself. No charge of course. Went into this location rather than ordering on Amazon because I wanted to support my local economy. Signs on the door noted that masks were required when entering. Inside I found two male employees wearing masks around their necks and one young woman employee not wearing a mask at all while talking to a customer 3 feet away while inside. 3 additional customers were not wearing masks and not told to comply with the notice. If masks are required and signs posted the least that could be done is it to be enforced by management. I left and will give my business to Amazon. read more

I normally don't do reviews but had a really bad experience at this O'Reilly. Everyone was hanging out in the back and no one was at the front. Once someone came up front got skipped over 4 times before I got helped. Took 10min just to recycle oil. Was also going to buy some car wash supplies but I will just go down the street to Auto Zone from now on for all my automotive supplies and car needs. Poor customer service! read more

Great store. I found and ordered parts I needed for my "Rafla" (Urban Dictionary the word) on the Kragen Stores website and opted for the in-store pick-up since I had never ventured inside to check it out. A few hours after placing my order, I got an emailing advising me my items were ready for pick-up. The email explained I needed to present my receipt and ID at the counter and my item would be handed to me. The next afternoon, I headed to Kragen. When I arrived at the counter, I was helped by a young lady who looked over both my receipt and ID then, disappeared to the back of the store. When she returned, she had my parts in hand. After having me sign for the pick-up, I surprised when she asked me if I needed help installing my items (Windshield Wipers and a replacement Head Light). Thinking she was going to send me next door to Brake Masters, I asked her how long it would take. Surprise number two occurred when she said "It will take me two minutes." After accomplishing me to the parking lot and my car, I watched in disbelief was this young lady took off my old parts and replaced them with the new ones purchased. And, just as promised, she was done fairly fast. Never have visiting the store before this day, Kragen now has a new fan and customer. read more

I lost a windsheild wiper while driving in a storm today. I was so grateful that this store was open on a Sunday evening. Marie or Maria (Sorry lady, my brain did not retain that information) was so patient with me when she helped me find what I needed. They did not have the correct blade. She called the other location in town, but they did not have the blade, either. Marie explained about the sizes of the blades, and helped me find one that would work until I can get the right size. She went out of her way to help me! She explained about the adapters on the blade, which I had no idea about. I will be using them for all my future parts needs. read more

They said that they would get to it by noon. 5:00 pm rolls around and our car still hadn't gotten looked at. They took out car in at 5:15 pm and called us five minutes later to tell us it was 2 parts that we had already replaced. They are dishonest and just want to make a quick buck. I used their website to determine which brake pads to purchase and the guy at the counter pointed out the pads the website suggested were meant for a coupe not a sedan. Have been shopping here for over 10 years and never had problems until recently. The manager Mark deserves to be demoted or fired. He Does not handle situations properly and will find anyway to screw you over. Do not use cash at this place. They have falsified returns on my account before. I'm assuming an employee or this mark guy are scamming the place by returning customers parts who pay with cash and pocketing it. I had a pair of front brakes under warranty so when I tried to bring them back after they were defective after only 8 months of use I was shocked to hear I somehow had magically already returned this set of brakes that I had in my hands but I was the bad guy. And made to seem like I was trying to scam the place. So I was out of pocket another $80 that I shouldn't have. So I hope the employee who's doing this scam enjoyed my money. I went in to O'Reillys to buy a battery, I gave them the year and make of my car, they they charged me the correct battery but gave me the wrong battery , The battery posts were opposite of the one I was supposed to get. It was only able to hook up one way in my car which is the wrong way, it fried my fuses , Alissa handled it terribly, accusing me as the consumer for hooking it up wrong, when I was only one way to put up with that battery, very very aggressively blaming me , Whether I was right or wrong, it's not the question here. The customer service was terrible I just wanted a few fuses to replace the ones that got burnt because of the reversed polarity of the battery, but I got the fuses or not is a relevant of the way the service was. My husband and I have been here a couple times and both times assistant mgr JIM has helped us. He even remembered us from the dent in our car's hood,lol. We didn't know if our engine was 2.5 or 2.8L so Jim whips out his iPhone and uses an app he has to scan the vin number in our car and presto! The mystery was solved.
