I find that the staff are not pro-active with safety checks or in checking if there are other mechanical issues. I've been told on a number of occasions that I would get a phone call when work is done, but I get no call. In one instance, I called to report that I would be late for my scheduled appointment, but the msg was never relayed to the service dept and thus, I was penalized by being made to wait an extra day. Not really an issue for me, but I'm pretty sure my boss doesn't appreciate paying me to sit around for 4 hours. Perhaps Frisby treats its private customers differently than they do the individuals who drive fleet vehicles, but in my mind, a customer is a customer - whether I pay or my boss pays. My most recent experience has made up my mind about Frisby Tire; I will not be bringing my personal vehicle to get new tires or any sort of service done and I will definitely not be recommending them.

Fast forward one year no part, my son has emailed and tried to contact them countless times with zero response. Part 2 was the winter tires that were promised with the car, again fast forward to winter time they had no idea where the tires were, came to a point where I went to the dealer with my son and magically the tires were found shortly thereafter. Overall the experience felt like I was at a 70's used car dealership, a lot of false promises all in the name of a sale.
