I have had a really hard time finding a Groomer for my anxious dog who doesn't like strangers he barks at everyone and will bite pretty much anyone who tries to pick him up or touch him. He doesn't like his face touch. He doesn't like his rear and touched he doesn't like his stomach touched, and he absolutely does not want his face or his paw touched. He is a cranky old man, but these ladies have some kind of fairy dust over there and they groomed my dog and they didn't call me to tell me that he did anything horrible. I am so impressed. I highly recommend these ladies and I absolutely would go back. I don't wanna go to any other Groomer. They have me sold lock stock and barrel. read more

Napa Natural is a super cute and clean and trendy grooming shop. They also have a little shop up front that sells things like organic treats, food, etc. We love our groomer so much! Honestly, I feel like I have to apologize, lol. I look back at pictures of when I moved out and wasn't able to bring him with me, when I didn't brush him as often as I should have, and wow... she managed to take care of him beautifully every time. Over the years, I have moved to Hayward, Castro Valley, San Leandro, Sac, and now I'm in Tracy. You know what I found out? No one is as good as Gina and the team at Napa Natural Dog Co. I tried one very highly rated place out here in Tracy and... never again. I don't even know why I tried, lol. I stuck with Gina the first time around because I was so disappointed with all the groomers before her. You woulda thought I'd learned my lesson. This post is SO long overdue! NNDC is such a sweet little happy place full of the cutest dogs and the friendliest staff. I have a feisty little snaggle toothed chihuahua mix who's not fond of other people or dogs, but the staff is always so patient and kind with her for her nail trims . I don't take her for actual grooming because she's tiny and fits in my kitchen sink, but if she was a dog that needed grooming I'd happily take her here. Besides the services they have a great store front with great quality toys, treats and food. I have purchased so many great toys for my dog as well as my mom's dog and really appreciate that everything is sourced from companies who use sustainable, organic materials. My 1 year old Australian Shepherd dog Calypso had her first groom ever today. Upon arrival, the ladies working were very sweet, warm, and welcoming which immediately put us at ease going into a new place. I felt very comfortable leaving my dog with them. As far as pickup goes, it went very smoothly. I loved getting the text notification that my dog would be ready for pick up in 20 minutes, and I appreciated the ladies giving me feedback about how my dog did without having to ask them. The groom itself was excellent. They took care of her grinch feet, messy Aussie pants, and left her smelling so lovely. She was very soft, and despite her peeing at pickup, the groomer was kind enough to go the extra mile and wipe her paws since she walked all over it. Pricing was very reasonable. Thank you guys for being so patient with my Aussie and giving her some love. We will definitely be back, looking forward to see you all again. :) read more

After moving to Vallejo a few months ago we needed to find a local groomer. My husband was in charge of this research and quickly found Napa Natural Dog Co. We always look to yelp reviews for guidance of where we would like to do business. Napa Natural was a easy choice after seeing almost 100 five star reviews. My husband dropped our fur babies, Neeka & Teddy off around 11am and they were done by 2:15 or so. I was on pick up duty and when I saw my babies, I was very impressed. My dogs have always gone to groomers, and good ones, but this was by far the most amazing they have ever looked. The pricing initially appeared a little more than some of the other groomers but honestly there is a reason; quality of work. Also, we take responsibility in the additional cost to remove some matting in their hair as our previous property allowed our little ones too much freedom and they would get into the sticker bushes.
