I was in a rental EV car, and it ran out of energy a few feet from the charging unit, located at Napa Valley Beverage Co. OMG! I tried everything to get it closer to the unit so the hose could reach the car. The VERY KIND gentlemen (owners) in the store were kind enough to help me in every way they could... Long story short...after many hours in their parking lot. Thanks to their help, I was finally was able to get my car charged. I was so tired. But finally with great difficulty, got my car charged and was on my way home. SMH!! Vowing to never buy an EV car. THANKS TO THE MANAGEMENT @ Napa Valley Beverage. They are true gentlemen with kind souls and great spirits. LOL - BOTH in their bodies and in their well stocked store :) P.S. I should have taken a pictures, and remembered names, but I was too traumatized and stressed, just happy to be going home. I will go back, if I'm ever in the area. The liquor and beer selection is excellent. I have been a Napa Valley customer for years and highly recommend that you stop in for yourself. They have a rotating selection of Napa labeled liquors from their hand picked barrels. They always have a bourbon, whiskey, or tequila that looks interesting. The store is always clean and very easy to find what you are looking for. The service has been excellent during every visit. Great owner and friendly staff. read more

Napa Valley is my go to store for all beer releases. Since moving to the area 4 years ago, I was looking for a store that had a great selection of craft beers. Napa Valley gets all of the newest releases. I think the thing I like most about their store is that you can purchase singles bottle. The owner is a very nice guy and is always helpful. He assisted my Wife to pick out the perfect bourbon for my birthday. The whiskey and overall liquor selection here is top notch. They have just about every thing. I was there for the Old Forester single barrel barrel strength bourbon Napa valley release. Very organized. I've been to these where they are very disorganized and hectic. These guys knew what they were doing. About 30 people in line and only waited about 10 minutes to pay. The owner is a very nice and helpful guy. The store is extremely clean and if you can't find a liquor here then you ain't gonna find that liquor anywhere. Lol. They have hundreds of different Bourbons to choose from. They also have an extremely large wine collection for those enthusiast. Luckily this is on my ride home and it is a frequent stop for me. I will be back for sure. read more

As far as Party/Liquor/Wine stores this place is awesome. Very clean, very organized, and very up-to-date! Was on my way to my son's house, which is about a 45 minute drive from my house, and I got thirsty. So, here I am approaching 15 Mile and Mound and I see this beautiful store. I go in and am amazed at the selection of wine and liquor!!!! OMG, if I were an alcoholic - this would be my heaven!!!! They even have a walk-in cooler with cheese and wine!!! I go to the back of the store to get me a bottle of water. Not only do they have plain water, but they have flavored as well. So, I grab me a bottle of grape induced water. Yum, just what I need to hydrate myself! I then go to the check-out and tell the young man how impressed I am of the store. He was quite pleased about that and then another young man appeared and asked me if I was from the area, and I said no about 35 minutes away! Will I go back, heck yeah in an instant if I am close to Mound and 15 Mile Roads! read more

I love Napa and the staff! They are so friendly, and when you want something special they do their best to help you get your hands on it. They have the best selection and are so knowledgeable on their products with many suggestions. They have a GIANT selection of craft beers (my favorite) and so many wines to choose from! The prices are pretty good, I'd say better than most places, especially for their selection. You have GOT to check them out. They even have awesome beers in kegs so if you want a party with craft beer, go ask Napa! read more

Went there w 2 bags of MI 10c microbrew and craft soda cans. The employees (owners?) at first refused to look at them When I pointed out that some of the cans had Napa Valley price stickers, they agreed to look at them but told me that they only sell alcohol (no soft drinks, forcing me to buy booze when I have to drive home and I don't drink anyway) and that they would only refund me for the cans in merchandise (no cash, violation of the MI Bottle Bill, law 445.572, sec 2 subsec 4 that states in part "a dealer shall accept from a person an empty returnable container of any kind, size, and brand sold or offered for sale by that dealer and pay to that person its full refund value IN CASH" (my capitals). Complaint on its way to MI AG Consumer Protection. read more

I love coming here for their craft beer selection. My husband and I are beer advocates so this place is our playground. The owner and employees are so nice and accommodating. I went in for as much Bells Two hearted as I could get but he only sold them in 4 packs. He gave me 10% discount on buying a case which was great. There's one thing that I just don't like that people do. Do not cheat people, that is very very bad for business. When you physically pick up the phone and call the store and ask them how much something is in you go there the next day to pick it up and the price is different that's cheating somebody so basically they told me the lower price so I could get my foot into the door and buy whatever I was buying. If I wasn't in a rush and didn't think about it until I got home. I would of left all my stuff and walked out. I will never ever step into a business that cheats people. It was a lousy 49 cents. But its the principal, obviously they need it more then I do. read more

Stopped in for first time and was disappointed to find when i got home that the two different beers i had purchased were bottled over 14 months ago, far beyond what anyone would consider acceptable for sale. Besides that, beer and liquor selection was good, many to choose from. Just check your beer bottling date before purchasing, old stale beer sucks, especially at $25 for two six packs! read more
