He's a real-talk kind of guy and well connected in metro Detroit. If you're from Detroit, you know a few connected Chaldean friends are good to have! Situated in a cozy plaza in residential Troy, on the Southwest corner of Sq. Lake/John R, this place is just a mile from my house. I asked if they had any high end bourbons and the manager told me that they got nothing this fall. He then proceeded to tell me had 1 Weller 12 on the shelf for $250. In the past they would always be reasonably between MSRP and the secondary market. $250 is at least $75 above secondary. It looks like they jumped the shark!
