One of the most laid back, clean and hospitable places ever! The feel is Italian vintage country side with a lovely staff that goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable. The rooms are spacious & cleaned DAILY, yes... daily - such a treat. The sunshine-y views from our balcony are also worth mentioning... it overlooked the back patio which has a pool, hot tub, fitness room & indoor breakfast area. There are also mini events held in the lobby occasionally. We were lucky to have a winery stop by one night for a free tasting. Upon arrival, my family & I received welcome glasses of champagne, gifts for NYE, a bottle of wine, recommendations on recommendations, etc. Tamara went above & beyond with her service & we're grateful to her for it all. NPL is located right at the start of Yountville & is a very quick 2-5 minute ride into the heart of it. Perfect location to head into St. Helena, Calistoga, Napa, & Sonoma. If you're looking for a local gem, here it is. Xx Sry I have no photos of lobby/entrance ... there's a beautiful fountain on the right hand side when you pull up. :)

Highly recommended! Napa Valley Lodge was the perfect get away that my wife and I were looking for. Yountville is a very small town but many great shops and terrific restaurants. I decided to take my wife here after reading lots of good reviews for a getaway. We told them it's our anniversary; and when we get into our room, the hotel has left a complimentary bottle of champagne for us! We immediately opened it to try and it was very delicious! The entire hotel and guest room were decorated with lots of great details that make guests feel so comfortable and at ease. The lighting, the fireplace, the comfortable mattress, Bluetooth speaker, water kettle, coffee machine, and nice towels and toiletries...we really appreciated the details they included in the rooms. We used the speaker and played music we loved and that made the stay so special. The sound of water fountain was also very calming. The breakfast buffet was not extravagant but still very good. We were satisfied with the selections. Didn't get to use the pool though. Short walk to most restaurants. It was a great experience!

Glorified Motel 6! My girlfriends and I went on a girls trip to Yountville and stayed two nights at the Lodge. 5 Stars: Location is what you're paying for. Can walk into town no problem. Parking is free for hotel guests. 4 Stars: Their continental breakfast was good. Fruits, yogurt, cottage cheese, waffles, eggs (tasted fake). But don't fill up because if you're staying in Yountville you should be standing in line at Bouchon. 1 Star: No elevator, which wouldn't have been a problem but they also had no bellmen to help bring our bags to the second floor. It was raining during our stay and I'm pregnant and didn't feel comfortable lugging my bag to the second floor so had to ask one of my girlfriends to. 1 Star: Rooms. We had an ant problem when we came back from dinner. There was no food left out for them to be in there but they were on the counter tops and even on our bed! The hotel was able to give us a new room once we asked but for the price you're paying $800/night you shouldn't have ants! ICK! Plus no discounted rate for their infestation. 1 Star: Customer service. When we asked to borrow umbrellas to walk into town the front desk lady did not hide the fact that she was annoyed and even rolled her eyes when we asked to take a photo of us. Check out. The night before our power went out from 12am-2am so when we went to check out their system was down and they were unable to give me break down of the costs. Before we arrived one of our girlfriends had a family emergency the week of our girls trip. She called to ask the hotel if they could break their 1 week policy (6 days out) and cancel the second room. Heather, the manager, agreed to cancel one of the nights but instead of cancelling one of the nights she failed to explain that she would be taking our DEPOSIT and only giving us one room for two nights. She took a $800 deposit and STOLE a second room for us. This is extremely poor customer service on Heather's end. I've stayed at the North Block Hotel and would choose their location over Napa Valley Lodge. Better customer service, location, and food.

Very charming hotel in yountville. We really love the special touches they add to make our stay memorable. Welcome goodie bag filled with treats, a bottle of wine and a handwritten note from staff. Cookies and coffee, tea in the hotel lobby. Bikes to use to peruse the town. Their complimentary champagne continental breakfast is also amazing. The heated pool and hot tub is also a plus. It's literally across the street from one of our fav yountville restaurants ciccio and it's a short stroll to bouchon bakery and the rest or Thomas Kellers restaurants. It's usually our go to hotel in this area. Bonus: complimentary EV charging available

Just a wonderful spot - great location, beautiful view and property, very nice staff, accommodating beyond. A peeve is the water pressure so if you need a strong shower, it's not here, but otherwise, it's all here.

Wow! I took a risk and splurged on this place for my milestone birthday and I couldn't be happier. At check in they gave me a bag which included a free bottle of wine with a personal greeting card for my birthday and a couple of snacks. My partner and I were also treated to a generous splash of Rose! That was just the beginning! The room was beautiful and had a private balcony overlooking the courtyard and green hills in the distance. Def recommend courtyard view! I'm a huge germaphobe especially during COVID and I did not find any hair or dust or bugs in my room. It was immaculately clean :) We used the complementary cruiser bikes and rode into town. All the nice restaurants are just a couple minutes walk away. And the scenery along the way was pretty and felt super safe. The breakfast: Best coffee machine ever giving me nice velvety foamy cappuccinos and lattes and espressos. Mimosas, nice teas, almond/soy/regular milk, fresh baked pasteries and scones from local bakery, homemade granola and all kinds of yogurt, eggs, sausage, fresh delicious Lox with capers red onions and lemon, cheese, hot oatmeal with the fixings, fresh berries, all kinds of spreads for your toast. All you can eat and be merry!!! And the breakfast staff are happy and very kind. I was uncomfortable with the buffet style still so they even offered to make a separate tray for me filled with anything I want as much as I want. They are the best! I hope they all get a huge raise :) The courtyard layout is beautiful and green and serene...multiple fire pits and hammocks, lounge beds, chairs all spread out and Bocce ball! The pool was treated every morning and was super clear. This was the cleanest pool I've ever been in! I enjoyed every moment there. The place is amazing. Every staff member I met was happy and wanting to help me. Oh and my son loved the afternoon cookies! Win win, everyone happy!

The grounds of this hotel are so serene, with art installations! Unfortunately, our precious Toby (fur baby) had a medical situation there and our stay was cut short. We had 3 nights planned and only got to stay 1. I want to say a HUGE THANK YOU to Raymond, the front office manager. You made our decision to leave an no brainer and we didn't have any stress about not staying the other 2 nights. Paying $400 a night for a pet fee is already absurd, and there was not even a water bowl for our dog in the room. The spa was closed, which was unfortunate. We expected a bit more thought and variety from a hotel of this caliber. The restaurant staff was pleasant, and we liked the room. This town is heavily known for their wine as well, so I noticed the wine "wall" as well as tasting is every day at 5pm. We decided to eat there right out the patio, I wasn't the biggest fan of the chicken sandwich, it was more on the drier side but the fries came out hot with it, and the chips and veggies were good. The room itself was beautiful, it was so spacious, lots of extra goodies that you never knew you needed (sewing kit, hair ties, shaving, etc), and even a whole snack section that was complimentary. Spa is also available, I did the 50 min massage for $300, it was not worth it in my opinion, definitely had better. The place itself was just overall incredible, the breakfast is hard to miss, and I really love how it closed at 10am, pretty late allowing you to sleep in for a little.
