Don't let them sell you a timeshare. You will be disappointed, constantly squeezed to upgrade and utterly confused on the continuous changes in ownership schemes. Run, don't walk from all Wyndham products at this point. They're really good at setting the bait. I got hooked twice.

The only "complaint" is the windows are original so they're paper thin and you can hear traffic and even bugs knocking up against the windows. This wasn't in any way enough of a deterrent to keep me from booking here again in the future. Owners were great to work with and answered questions in a timely manner, which I'm discovering after years of renting private homes is a rarity! Perfect for your Napa vacay!

White beddings, 4 pillows, 300+ thread count (YES) sheets, plush towels and robes, Judith Jackson toiletries, extra jars of toothpaste and brushes, stocked water bottles, computer, etc. Endless extras of super diva thoughtfulness. I was so relieved and so impressed. It is a half-mile easy walk to downtown Napa which has great dining (try the Bounty Hunter) and other wonderful shops and stores. The kitchen was pretty well equipped with plenty of wine glasses and all the utensils and cooking tools you need. We didn't get a chance to play the board games that were in the closet. There are plenty of towels and extra covers and street parking. Minus one point for the funky smell emanating from the bedrooms and for the yellow stains on the white towels. Otherwise this is a nice quaint house to have a little get together in Napa. Oh and it is in walking distance from Oxbow Market. We even went further into downtown Napa to the visitor center (they are extremely nice and provide you with maps of the wineries and coupons for wine tastings!).
