I have been using NaperBlackLimo now for well over 6 years they are always on time and historically get to my home at least 10-15 minute early for our pickup. The airport pickup process couldn't be any easier. I've never had to wait more the 5-10 minutes after calling them. They monitor all their customers departures and arrivals to ensure a stress free process and great customer service. Needed a ride to O'Hare with a predawn pick up. Our driver was on time and polite. The cars headlights kept turning off and the driver stated that someone had bumped into the car and they have been doing it ever since. My family and I felt very unsafe in the vehicle and two separate times a vehicle (once a truck and once a car) merged into our lane and almost hit us. I don't think the other vehicles could see us because headlight situation. We will not be using this company on the way home. read more

Someone in my office has used them and has had issues, they're late for pick ups (both at home and the airport). She's decided not to use them anymore. I canceled my reservations so I didn't run into the same issues. I asked them to email me back to confirm confirmation of the cancellation, I received one. The night before the canceled pickup I received a text from a driver confirming my pick up. I told him I'd canceled and that the office must not have told him. The day of my return I received an email from the driver asking where I was as he'd seen my flight had arrived. I called him back stating I canceled the pickup earlier in the week. I booked a Limo for December 2nd for a 3 hour service for my niece 15th birthday party. I paid a total of $288. The pick up was scheduled at 1:30pm and church was at 2 pm. The driver was late by 9 minutes, of all things the guy never once got out the car to greet myself or my family, yet alone apologize for being late. I had to approach him and tell him where to pull up at and keep in mind by this time we had 10-15 minutes to get to our destination. Above all the limo was dirty you could see the dirt marks on the windows, dust prints all over the exterior and bird poop on multiple windows. (Pictures attached) I called immediately to inform them of the disappointment of the presentation and services I did not receive for the amount of money I paid. Whoever I spoke to on the phone seemed to have no care of how disappointed and embarrassed I was and said he would have management call me. It has been 3 weeks and here I am writing this review since I have not received a phone call and/or any money back. read more

We were concerned having a 3:15am pickup time to get to the airport, but I received a text from the driver at 3:10am stating he was there. When I texted back I'll be out in a minute, he told me to take my time. The driver was quick to take our luggage from us prior to going, and got it out for us when arriving at the airport. Car is nice, driver was apologetic, but when someone tells me that I will be picked up in five to seven minutes, and I in fact did not get picked up until 40 minutes later, it leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I had to call multiple times to see where our driver was, and on my fourth call they stopped answering my calls. Sunday afternoon traffic situation so there really should've been no problems. I will say that my pick-up time was scheduled for 3:15, so technically they were only 25 minutes late. The problem is that they should've been honest from the get go, and suggest that I grab a cup of coffee inside the building. When you tell someone to stand in the same spot waiting for a car that takes 40 minutes to get there, you're just being rude and inconsiderate. Should've used Uber. read more

I would disagree with the above person, firstly because she hasn't actually used the service. I've been using NaperBlack Limo for quite a while now, and the only times that I have had to wait at the airport was Thursday nights, that too because of the terminal traffic.
