I definitely recommend them. My fam and I needed a ride to ohare and back for a vacation. We opted for the large black SUV and everything was great. It seems when you request black car service, the drivers know you're not in it for a conversation, and honestly that was nice. I've taken lots of limos in the past and it's usually a gab fest. We enjoyed the silence. My one suggestion would be that they send you a text, or call you, the night before to confirm your ride. I didn't receive either and ended up calling at 9pm the night before just to make sure all was good. There were 7 of us needing to go from Lemont to Chicago for a wedding. The drivers arrived 30 minutes early without any rushing just there for us when we were ready. The two vehicles were beautiful brand-new Cadillac SUVs. The 2 drivers were polite and accommodating to all of us. My mom Aunt (83 years old) and friend all had no problem getting into or out of the vehicles. One of the drivers even pulled into a gas station for one of the guests to use a bathroom. Water & mints were waiting for us. The seats had warm and cool settings for each of us to adjust to our own needs. I was overly impressed and will be calling American Limos again. read more

Had them take my wife and mother in law to Ohare, the pick up time was 5:15am. They were on time and very professional. They also picked them up and were again on time and very professional. I got a chance to talk to the driver and he said what a great company American Limo Naperville is to work for. He said that the owner was a great guy who did a lot for veterans. I have tried a number of limo services through the years and this one is a definite winner. It takes a bit to get to an actual person when you call, but worth the effort. Punctual, clean vehicles, no lingering smoke smell in the car, driver does not have smoke smell on his/her clothing. Now here is my question. Since you ask for a phone number to let me know the driver has arrived, why won't you just call my house number rather than send me a text on my cell phone? I get modern technology, but maybe, could you offer that option? Cell or home? I do appreciate the written e-mail confirmation in addition to the confirmation number. It may be unfair for me to write a review as I never made it to the actual pickup. I have a regular car service I typically use and have never had a problem with, but I found this company online and it was a couple dollars cheaper and I liked that they donate part of the proceeds to veterans. I made the reservation online for a round trip airport drop off and pickup. The process was easy enough although the web design was a bit cheesy. When I got the confirmation I noticed that the dates were reversed and the pickup time was off by 30 min. I might believe that I reversed the dates, but I know I put in a pickup time 30 min after the flight was scheduled to land. As there is no way to change anything online I called the next day. The call took more than 10 minutes. First he had to "sync" his computer to access my reservation. While he was working on that, he asked "why I would make the reservation online". Seemed like an odd question until after he adjusted the reservation he continued on to tell me that HE was able to send a new confirmation immediately instead of the online booking that took a couple hours and that he gets paid by the reservation and now he had to fix MY reservation and wasn't even getting paid for it. I decided to cancel the reservation. I don't need to deal with that kind of lack of professionalism when I call. read more

We recently used American Limousine for rides to/from O'Hare for our vacation. I was a little nervous because last time I used a limo service w/ a different company, they were an hour late and we had a horrible experience. They were less expensive than American Limo, but I realize you get what you pay for! American Limo was GREAT. I booked easily online and received email confirmations. I also got a text message with the driver's name and direct phone number the morning of our pick up and when he was on his way - I loved the updates! Our driver was about 10 minutes early and arrived in a nice, clean SUV with bottles of water waiting for us in the backseat. Our flight was cancelled on our way home and just as we were re-booking another flight, I got a voicemail and a text from American Limo asking for our new flight information so they could make sure to arrange for our pick up - very proactive which I really appreciated. Our new flight got back in to O'Hare early, so I called our driver who was so polite and apologetic that he wasn't there yet (not his fault - we got in early!). Even though we were early, we still only waited about 15 minutes, which was more than acceptable to me. Both drivers were pleasant, professional, and PROMPT! I recently used American Limo Naperville for taking my wife and I from our home to the airport for our honeymoon and we were VERY HAPPY with this company and our driver! Our driver was very friendly, professional, and sociable!! We enjoyed talking with him and he was very funny and took care of us by loading our bags, opening our doors and just being very polite! The car was very nice and clean and did not smell of smoke!! The driver was right on time and even made a stop at starbucks so we could get some coffee which was AWESOME and he received a tip on top of the gratuity that was already added in the original price! He deserved it!! This company is great and we love how they donate money to military persons in need!! They provide a great service as well as giving back to our military vets and I will use this service and recommend this company to anyone needing a limo driver!!!!
