I called a few limo companies with a unconventional request for a driver to take 13 people to SW Michigan for a day of wine tasting. This company gave us a great rate and was very easy to work with. Vincent was responsive and easy to communicate with, we received a reminder text notifying us of our upcoming reservation and the morning of our driver was 15 minutes early and ready to drive us on our trip. The car was brand new and was very comfortable. We had the best looking shuttle at every winery we visited. Our driver was safe and punctual throughout the day. We had and EXCELLENT trip and will be using this company in the future. read more

We utilized his service to take us to O'Hare airport and then again from O'Hare home. We booked his services on the phone, and he confirmed by text 24 hours before our flight each time. He knows his way around the Chicago area very well and was a careful and safe driver. He was early to our home for our pickup in the morning, and was waiting for us for our flight home as our flight was delayed (in the evening) so we never had to wait for him. Very clean car. Booked a car (Lincoln navigator) online for a trip to Midway. Didn't get a Lincoln, instead got an actual mini bus with uncomfortable seats which stank of smoke. To top it off, driver asked me for directions to the airport! Total bait and switch, do not recommend. read more

This does not deserve one star but I cannot give zero. This service is a scam. My mother and her sister, both over 68, did not read these reviews. My aunt left Palm Springs this morning, the limo was paid for and to be waiting at Midway. I heard my mother on the phone 3 hours ago, "VINCE" said they would be there. My aunt, who rarely travels, called us in tears stuck at Midway. Vince would not answer her calls, so I called from my phone. He answered immediately. Said the flight was canceled. I told him that we have the information right here and that the flight is not canceled. He continued to argue with me, yell at me, then hang up. I had to book an UBER from 2000 miles away. only used once. very rude man kept raising his price. quoted 85 and charged me 170 dollars as it took me 45 minutes to get through customs and baggage. I then waited for driver in cold for 30 minutes. When questioning the inflated price, this man was so very rude to elderly woman.....I would stay away from this one! read more

This was not the first time I have used this service, but it will be my last! Our driver didn't get out of the car to load or unload our luggage for us on our early morning trip to Ohare. And she argued with where we would be dropped off, even though I was reading directly from my United app where we were supposed to go. We tipped her $10 as a thanks for her time, but certainly not her service. While we were waiting for our plane to board, I received a text from the shuttle saying that we would be charged on our credit card for tip because we did not tip the "mandatory gratuity of 20%." I read through the fine print of the contract, and no where in there did it say there was a mandatory tip required, just that you would be charged if you fail to leave a tip. In my world, tips are meant to reward a pleasant experience and the amount a customer tips should be at their discretion, not that of the company. Needless to say, I have canceled my ride home and will NEVER use them again. It's my fault for booking them in the first place as a loyal customer when an Uber would have been cheaper. This experience has cost them my future business and a lifetime of me telling people who NOT to use when booking a shuttle. Hope it was worth the $15 to you, Stop and Go. read more

I contacted Stop & Go because my usual car service that I've used for 8 years did not offer car seats and I was looking for roundtrip from Plainfield to O'Hare with my family which included a 2 year-old. I was happy that Stop & Go was able to offer car seats as part of their service and didn't mind being charged extra for the carseat. Being able to support a local business was also a plus for me. Our pick-up from home to O'Hare worked out fine and our driver was very nice and courteous. On the contrary, our ride home was a nightmare. When we called on Sunday for our car's license plate number so we can meet them at the pick-up point, I had asked to make sure there was a carseat for my daughter. They...did not. The driver that was assigned to us did not have a carseat. They now had to hunt one down and get it out to us. 1 hour later, we called them to get a status of where they are with this since we were at their mercy, but only to be told that the carseat is with a person in Downers Grove and they are headed to our driver to give them the car seat. 2 hours later, the driver showed up with a car seat. We asked if the car seat was attached and the driver said yes so we started to strap her in but only to find that the car seat was not secured and toppled over! My husband had to step in to get it secured in the last row of the van. We finally made it home, after 3 hours, with a toddler. Being a car service company, I would assume reliability and customer safety is #1. They offered us a discount on a future ride. If you were me, would you go with this company again to take advantage of the discount? No thanks! in the end, perhaps the reality of the error and the 3 hour ride that would have been 1 hour caught up with them and they gave me a $25 discount. If you are looking for reliability and safety, do shop elsewhere. Very disappointed ex-customer. read more

My best friend booked this company for her wedding and it was a horrendous experience. Due to inclement weather, we asked the driver to skip the stop to an outdoor picture location and just bring us to the last stop, the venue for the reception. While he obliged us, he was extremely rude about the change in schedule - even though omitting a stop only made it LESS work for him. He kicked us out of the limo when we arrived literally shouting, "Get out!" We had the limo on a contract till 5:30pm and this was at 3:15pm. We asked him if we could just sit in the limo till 5:30pm, since we PAID for the limo till 5:30pm, and he again started shouting at us to exit immediately. The poor bride and entire bridal party had to get out in the rain and stand outside the venue (since now we were early to the venue). Stop and Go is unprofessional and I will never even consider using this shuttle service again. read more

Had a great experience for our pick up for a group of 7, with an early pick up, but when we were supposed to get picked up at airport I called and was told they didn't have my reservation, after 5 call backs from the owner, I was told 30 minutes and called back to ask how big my party was and then told that it would be 45 minutes. After an hour of waiting the car show up it finally picked my family at airport. No apology was just told thought it was the 18th when I was given 3 receipts stating the 8th.
