My experience is probably between a 3 and a 4. I utilized this service for wedding day transportation. I discovered the company by reaching out to several vendors on Yelp. For what I was looking for, they offered the best pricing, and I assumed they would know the area as their office was close to our destinations. Over the phone for the booking, I felt like they took a lot of notes for the details/requests. I had a couple of things that did cause some frustration. 1. Multiple charges to my credit card. (They accidentally charged me for each quote instead of the final amount) It took several calls and emails to get them to refund the overcharge payment. 2. Upon booking, I was given one driver's contact information. As I was trying to organize wedding guests, I provided the original driver contact information to guests. A different driver called me the day of the event. It didn't appear that he received all of the notes for the event. As I was in the midst of being busy with wedding prep, my maid of honor took control to get everything/everyone organized . Another positive: The car we booked was the car received. If I could go back in time I would STAY AWAY from them because they ruined my wedding day. We needed a limo for wedding transportation and photo shoots on the day of, I noticed the negative reviews here on yelp and BBB but after talking to the owner Michael I decided to give them a shot. Turned out I was so wrong, they have none customer service. We booked a stretch Hummer (signed in contract) and confirmed multiple times prior to wedding, however on the day of a bus showed up. Driver said must be misunderstanding because he was told either Hummer or bus. Not to mention the bus smelled like pee inside. Not a single soul contacted me in advance about the vehicle change. Owner Michael didn't bother to explain until I contacted him AFTER wedding day and kept saying there was safety issues with the Hummer, which was completely different with what the driver told me. Who was lying?? All I was asking for is let me know and how hard it is to make a call?? I was able to get 0 photo shoot done for my transportation, Michael apologized and promised to refund me but he just disappeared after refunding only half of the price. Also, their office is all mess. Our card was charged many times more than it should, luckily my husband noticed but took them forever to figure out refund. So many red flags. I booked a luxury SUV to transport my parents to and from O'Hare Airport for their 35th wedding anniversary trip. After booking with the owner, Michael, I felt very confident in his service. He sent a detailed receipt and confirmed pick up and drop off times. Day of pick up, my dad texted the driver to confirm pick up time of 6:00 AM. Driver messaged back that he was instructed to pick up at 6:00 PM (not what we agreed on and what my receipt says). They ended up sending a van to pick my parents up about 20-30 minutes late, but I received no apology, email, text, or phone call from Michael explaining the mix up. I emailed explaining what happened and received ZERO response. It's a good thing my dad reached out, otherwise they would have MISSED their international flight. When my parents landed, I was told to have them reach out to Lloyd (driver). My dad called Lloyd when landed and Lloyd answered the phone in a rude manner saying things like "Who is this? You called me". My credit card was also charged twice. I brought this to the company's attention and I was told, by Amy, that the additional charge would be removed. As I write this review, a month after booking, the second charge has yet to be removed. I had to file a dispute with my credit card. Customer service is extremely lacking. The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because my parents really enjoyed their driver, Phil. My dad said if they had a staff full of Phils, the business would be amazing. read more

I liked talking to the owner and he addressed all my questions with ease. He responded to my multiple texts and emails regarding the schedule and even though I was a little needy he was great. The booking experience was pleasant and Michael is a very professional guy. We scheduled a 24 person limo to bring our wedding guests from the hotel to the venue and back at the end of the night. The first limo was late to leave the hotel and caused the wedding to be delayed while we waited on guests to arrive. I DO NOT recommend this company. They billed our company in October 2021 for a bus that we DID NOT USE. They were contacted immediately advising that they billed us in error. They claim that they credited our credit card, however a credit never appeared. I have been trying since November 2021 to get our money back. This charge was $700, so not a small amount. Now they are refusing to issue credit claiming that they already have when they clearly have not. Super Shady! From the initial conversation about a party bus for pickup for a Bridal Party to go to the Church/Wedding until the drop off at the Reception, all was laid out perfectly. This deserves not even one star and this company was by far the worst service I have ever entailed. The service was booked, paid for, and even confirmed two weeks prior to our wedding and even the night before. On the wedding day the driver and hummer never showed. We were lied to multiple times, the driver never ever answered the calls and your team consistently told us they were on the way. We were then told we had not one but TWO replacement drivers. On top of that we were hung up on multiple times when asking what the issue was. I was told quite a few things of what happened. My favorite was that the driver over slept...it's was 1:30 pm, the most recent lie was that the stretch hummer that they had broke down. Most of this could have been avoided if your team told the truth and we could have been refunded on the spot and on time for pictures and found alternate transportation. With that being said a real company would have called us the second the car broke down and sent a back up (we were told that had a lot of hummers/buses/cars to choose from)but we were left waiting with no communication. Businesses especially in transportation always have backups in case things like this happen, especially on a wedding day. You had not one but two contacts in the confirmation email. Instead you WASTED an hour and forty minutes having us wait for transportation that never existed.When I spoke to Michael to book this he RAVED about the service and how amazing this company is compared to others. The full refund is expected seeing as we missed a full hour and half of PAID FOR PICTURES. Not only should we be reimbursed as we were for the service but for the pictures that were missed as well. I will never recommend this company to anyone. Don't waste your time unless you want a refund and no ride to your wedding. In response to your response the problem is your company LIED. We were told your driver over slept, that you couldn't reach him and you sent two more out. One for the groom and a replacement for the bride. YOU NEVER EVER STATED MECHANICAL PROBLEMS. And listen if there was you would have notified us right away and said hey we are running late we sent another car. That's what a real company who cares does. Not says multiple times that there is a car 5 min away. We would haven't have been waiting for an hour and forty minutes for the replacement hummer to come as promised. Not only that the worst customer service, we were hung up on, and when we were told we would get a call back there was never a call back, the supervisor was rude like it was our fault this happened. Refunds don't matter when you treat people poor. Honesty goes along way and all of this could have been avoided if your company was honest.
