I always look forward to having a spicy jam burger. It is by far, the best burger in the area!

I have been frequenting Dirtbag for a long time and Napkins has always been a good option. Things are changing and not for the better. The food truck options continue to dwindle and the service at Napkins is suffering. One of the shortest lines and smallest crowds tonight. 40 min in line and get to the window to find items are already gone. In line at 7 and shouldn't have been too late. Got to the window and the hostess asked me to wait the last for the last five minutes as she filled sauce cups. I get the service industry is hard, worked in a restaurant myself. My husband and I visited on a Tuesday, lunchtime, line was a little long and moved very slow. The lady that took out order was very nice. Outdoor space was clean and open, weird they don't allow vaping though? We each got a burger, i got the napkins burger my husband got the fajita and wings. It was an "ok" burger overall, it said it had a sauce on it? I only tasted ketchup? Not sure what it was. My husbands burger was flavorful. Steak fries were ok. And wings were hot flavored but tasted like an expensive texas pete. I've been trying to find a great smash burger place since I've been to Jack browns in OBX, but no one seems to compare. Wow! Simply wow! We came hungry and weren't disappointed! Super friendly counter service by Sam. My husband had the spicy jamburger. Not always available, but if it is, you should get it! The patty was cooked perfectly and topped with a delicious bacon and onion jam. My husband chose the fries, and they were hot and crisp. I opted for the Buffalo Chicken sandwich. A generous chicken breast coated with a perfect among of Buffalo sauce, smoky ranch, lettuce, tomato and a delicious pickles. I opted foe the fried Brussel sprouts as my side, and they came with a delicious Thai chili sauce. We started with the shrimp--we opted for the way the menu suggests: a light cornmeal coating served with a side of house made remoulade. We were regretful we didn't stop to take any photos--when we visit again--and we will EVERY time we are in Fayetteville, we promise some photos. We ate indoors at next door Dirtbag Ales, where we enjoyed a flight of local beers and a glass of wine. Based on the previous reviews, I was expecting Napkins to be an indoor restaurant with indoor seating. I was surprised to find that it is a little outdoor building with a walk up window to place your order and the "indoor" seating is a big pavilion with plastic walls. Thankfully it was a chilly, but lovely evening because we might have left if the weather was bad and we'd have really missed out!! The burgers were fresh and delicious. The fries were good, but the tater tots were AMAZING! We were surprised how busy they were for a Thursday evening! read more

Really good burger and laidback atmosphere in Hope Mills, NC. Basically a walk-up burger stand with a few other offerings. Outside seating available, as well as inside seating in the brewery next door. A bit expensive for what you get, but definitely worth checking out. I'll be back. read more

Napkins, named after the least edible thing on their menu (though surprisingly not the worse piece of paper I have eaten) is easily the best place to dine in Hope Mills. You have this amazing friendly and fun atmosphere of Dirt Bag Ales (a bar so wholesome I saw people bring their kids and pets), an incredibly friendly staff (the owner literally took out time to talk to me and my family for 15 minutes), and as a vegetarian living in a small Southern town I was pleasantly surprised to find not just one but two veggie burger options (i too can aspire to be morbidly obese). Each burger came with our choice of fries or tots (I went with fries but I tried my dad's tots and can report both are a delight). Please do yourself a favor and try this place out. Too much butter, grease, sauce... way too much soggy and dripping for my liking but the meat and cheese were delicious. Has potential. I feel like if I just had the bread, meat and cheese it would be yummy. The tomato seemed pretty thick cut and didn't add anything but moisture. The fries were good, nicely salted. Overall I wouldn't go out of my way for it but a nice burger spot. read more

My wife and I go to Dirtbag frequently, but last night was the first time since Napkins opened we went for dinner and it did not disappoint at all. It seems the menu changes frequently to take advantage of what is fresh and that quality definitely shows through. My wife got the Napkins burger with tots and I had the crab cake sandwich with fries. The bite of burger I had was great; perfectly cooked with a good special sauce and fresh toppings. Nothing over the top, just a classic burger made correctly. I absolutely loved my crab cake sandwich. Well balanced mix of crab meat and breading and I'm always a sucker for a tangy remoulade. It is great to have an option like this in the area, especially if conjunction with Dirtbag Ales. Great places that help bring together a community over good food and beer! read more

Not your typical stop while your traveling but worth it. We wanted something quick but not fast food and this hit the spot. It is located behind/on the side of Dirt bags which is a brewery. We were a little confused where it was since there were a few food trucks outside but located Napkins and went to the window to place our order. As we were contemplating what to order, someone stopped by to pick up their order... OMG the brussels sprouts looking amazing and sold me! I ordered the Nashville Hot chicken sandwich w/brussel sprouts. Yum! It was spicy like menu said (I love spicy). The sprouts were sooo yummy. They didn't need the sweet chili sauce but dipping into the sauce brought them to a different level of awesomeness. My son ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich w/ fries. My daughter and hubs ordered the burgers. They all said that they were good. My daughter ordered the tator tots and they were tasty. If you get a chance to stop, you should stop here! read more

This place is genius! Perfectly situated right off of 95 southeast of Fayetteville. Food was great - ordered the Napkin Burger, Brussel Sprouts, Nashville Hot Chicken Wings and a calamari/shrimp appetizer. It's right next to a brewery so you can also order beers. There was another food truck on site and there's a playground and dog park right there. Plenty of outdoor seating and a whole shaded area. Perfect stop for a bite and for everyone, especially kids and furbabies to stretch their legs and get out some energy. We will definitely stop here again. read more

Burger was fantastic. Pastrami was so thick I couldn't chew it. Brussels sprouts needed salt and a few more minutes in the oven.
