I'd give a perfect 5 if the equipment was able to accomplish what was required on it's own. I was scanning a 50 page document and it failed. There were issues with the terminal, not the staff. It's not their fault the terminal was glitching and not accepting a USB I brought in. They did care and made sure that I was not overcharged when my larger document did not show up in my email. It was refreshing to have good support as the staff did provide excellent service which is becoming less prevalent these days. I will still return when needed due to that reason alone.
