Went in to mail a pair of prescription glasses to my son that he left at my house…read more Asked for a USPS priority box to put them in and said I have packing bubbles that I will put in the box to protect them. The lady took the glasses into the back room, put them in a USPS box, but covered the box up with grey plastic so you couldn't see it was USPS priorioty. I shook the box and the glasses were clearly not protected and rattled back and forth in the box. She proceeded to say that she goes to class to learn how to pack and it was fine. I tried to take them out of the box to put the packing in. She grabbed the box from me and took it back to her back room. I told her please just give me the glasses back.
