Once they were done and we went to the new apartment (keep in mind was 3 minutes down the road) we got there and was told that my wife's real marble table that I specifically said please be careful fell over and broke. My wife and I are very understanding people as the guys felt bad and stuff happens. So they told how to file a claim and get our money back or they might even replace it. Filed the claim. Got an email that they were sorry and because of some insurance thing they offer it only goes by the weight of the item and even though that marble table was heavy they only gave us 70$ and a crappy apology. I told them that it was a 900$ table and got a "well that's how we do things here sorry not sorry response. Well after another year we needed to move from a 2 bedroom to a 3 bedroom in the SAME apartment complex. So my wife and I being probably too nice of people said the guys were really good and we can't control the crappy management let's give them another chance. 2 more guys showed up. Went straight to work. Worked hard. I was keeping a close eye on them but obviously can't watch everything. Load up and drive 30 seconds over to the new building and they start unloading. Well they ended up breaking a nightstand, bed frame and stained the side of our couch. My wife ended up cleaning the side of the couch herself. We got a new nightstand and our bed frame is still cracked but holding up. The guys felt bad again and apologized but at this point my wife and I were just over it. No point to file a claim. We'd be lucky to get probably 20$. Stay away guys. Pay the extra 50-100$ and go with a quality company who cares about your stuff. We definitely will next time. We tried to save some money and it cost us in the end. Don't make the same mistake me made TWICE. My wife and I understand that you have to run a business and we weren't looking for 900$, but 70$ and half hearted apology is unacceptable.

I would avoid at all costs. I had a unit at this location. In the end of June I paid for two months…read morestorage. I had another place with a bigger unit available. On August 15th my unit was empty. I told the guy inside and he had me sign a vacate sheet. I vacated 2 weeks early. The end of August arrives and I get a phone call saying I owe rent. I said that I vacated and no longer have that unit. The guy on the phone tells me that you pay at the end of the month?! I have all my paperwork and assured him that I will not pay cause I have been paying ahead for the month leading into. We hang up. Now I get a letter in the mail saying something different. The letter explains that since I didn't give 30 days notice, that I owe for the month of September. So I call again. Leave a message for some lady. Never returns my call. I try again and speak with her. She says since there wasn't 30 days notice that I am required to pay for September. I explain the June payment and no one ever telling me anything different about having to give 30 day notice in writing. I gave 61 days notice via phone call. Now everyone knows units since Irma are hard to find so, my interpretation is that they are scammers. Trying to get double rent on the same unit. If it was thirty day notice then it should be from August 15 2018 till sept 15 2018. Not another whole month. Oh yeah, plus a late fee! Gotta love it! But wait, there's more! Now it's in collection I received a phone call today. Very nice lady I spoke with and told her I am disputing this charge. I will NOT pay one dime to these GRIFTERS! I will wait for my day in court. And if it goes on my credit. I will follow up with a counter suit. I would avoid anything saying Midgard or Storesmart which is the name on the collection notice that I received today. The same day as the phone call. So storesmart? Midgard storage? Whatever your name is tomorrow. I hope everyone that reads this knows what they are getting themselves into. All this towards a loyal customer that was never late paying in one year of renting over two units also.
