They called my mom as soon as she landed (her flight was delayed btw) and arranged curbside pickup after she got her bags from the baggage claim. They then drove her safely to my house in Naples. They took pride in mentioning their cleanliness and sanitation practices in order to make us feel more comfortable using their services during the age of coronavirus.
