I rarely get my nails done, so I was excited to treat myself before vacation after seeing all the great reviews. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the overall experience. I paid $40 plus tip for a basic pedicure, which I understand is fairly standard pricing in Naples, but the salon felt rundown, not very clean, and not relaxing or spa-like at all. The atmosphere and cleanliness did not match the reviews or the price point in my opinion. I actually decided to skip getting my manicure because I wasn't comfortable continuing services. Literally am so upset . I went here because their reviews were great . WRONG . First I had called in advance for an appointment and we got there before our appointment and they didn't see us right away. Okay fine that's alright. But what I am upset about it's their transparency about their prices first they told us a pedicure is gonna be 43. I'm like OK fine and then they said that the extra massage and smell is going to be an extra $12. I believe I said OK cool not a problem. I'm OK with it. She didn't massage my feet well and then she didn't scrub my feet well and then when it came down to the extra pedicure, I didn't even see that the tool she was using head sanitizer that should've been my red flag. Then I go to do my nails and I just enter a picture and that should explain for itself. Then I go to check out and this is where it really gets me. I am already aware I'm going to be paying a good amount because I got a French pedicure and manicure, however, the transparency and everything was about the gel how much extra it was going to be . I had my 10 and 13 year old daughters with me and sometimes other places seem annoyed with kids for clients but they made us feel welcome. My tech was Lin and she was wonderful. Thu was the lady who was to give me a manicure. She was very friendly and informative. She seemed genuinely interested in getting to know me as a client, and took excellent care of my nails. I chose to get my nails shellacked, and there were a lot of colors to choose from! I was impressed. I was done in less than hour, which is very fast, but she did not skip any details. My nails are happy! The pedicure chairs looked very comfy, and I'm guessing they were wonderful, as they were full. They took me for a walk-in pedicure and it was amazing! All the dead skin removed from around my toes, nails straight and the polish looked great. I decided while I was there to get my nails redone too and they came out fabulous! I wish I got my nail techs name but she took her time and really did a wonderful job. The dip powder was flawless and could easily pass for acrylics but it's all my natural nail under there! I don't even live in Naples but I'll probably start driving down just to get my nails done there from now on. 100/10 highly recommended. read more

I rarely leave reviews. I've also been to a lot of nail salons and this was the worse. Pedicure was okay, but when I explained something about one of my toes, the guy giving me a pedi gave me attitude. He started with my nails (dip powder) then a lady who I think is the owner continued. She dies not know how to do good nails. I had to keep telling her what I didn't like. That's rare for me. Then when it was time to dry, they don't have dryers. I've never been there a nail salon that didn't have dryers. Kind of ghetto for the location. I also found the tip in card and then she didn't want to hive me change. I recommend tug go elsewhere. read more

Last time I had my nails done at this place, I was served by the man that appeared to be the owner. He was very rude and despondent.

I moved to Naples from Cape Coral and had to find a new nail salon. My friend recommended this place because she gets her nails done there. She had told me that $100 would be plenty to get manicure and pedicure done. I went in and they were super busy, I had an appointment which was nice. The pedicure was extremely short and he did not even massage just barely rubbed in the lotion. I got gel on my toes which looked all right. Then they started the nails. He did not clean my fingers or my nails before starting. I got the dip nails because they look more natural than acrylics. This is not my first time getting dipped nails so I know what they are supposed to look like. The gentleman put four layers of dip polish on my nails making them extremely thick and fake looking. He also put polish and dip powder all over my fingers which now will not come off. He did not use the gel clear topcoat so now I have regular clearcoat which peels and scratches. He also cut my fingers with the grinder machine. I have multiple fingers that were bleeding. The lady who did my eyebrow wax was very rude and rushed through them, they are not even and I now have to go back with tweezers to fix them. On top of that my total charge was $117 which is outrageous. I might as well have gotten a full set and spa pedicure for that amount. I am extremely disappointed and will not be back there ever again. read more

Nipples nails and spa turned all the ventilation on and open the doors for us because we had a young Child with us. Very accommodating amazing job on our pedicure will definitely be back. This place gave me a minimal mani pedi. They barely pushed and cut any cuticles. When I said something the lady said I can't cut too much because I don't want you to bleed. She barely even filed my nails either. It was like one swipe of the file across the edge of my nail. Nothing on the sides. The pedi was the same. She also didn't put anything in between my toes and my little toes were sticking to the ones next to them. I had to tell her that this was a problem and then she stuck a small piece of cotton between my little toes. It turns out the daughter did my pedicure and the mom did my manicure so not surprising that the daughter learned from her mom. Also when I first walked in they were not very friendly at all. I sat and waited even though I had an appointment. When they finally sat me in a chair they left me there and didn't even fill the tub so I could soak while waiting. The mom kept talking in Korean or Chinese, not sure what, in front of me and then she took a phone call and placed it on speaker and continued to have a conversation while working on my nails. OH, and I had a 10% off check in coupon from yelp. When I paid, the father goes 'we do something for you, now you have to do something for us'. I was like, what? He said I have to write a review. I said, yes, yes I will. There's got to be a better place than this in Naples. I will not go back here. read more

I was in town for the Labor Day Holiday and this salon was not only open on Sunday (and Monday) but the staff took their time to provide outstanding service. Don took the time to redo all of my acrylic nails and recommended gel pink and whites which were more natural and healthy for my nails. I loved them and Don is a clear perfectionist with extremely gentle drilling and filing--no nicked cuticles here I recommend the Deluxe pedicure and for only the $8 dollar upgrade its worth all the extra masks and massage--this salon truly pampers you in the pedicure chair without rushing through the massage which I truly enjoy The salon is beautiful and clean as you can tell the employees are keeping everything sterile and safe. I found this salon on Yelp and decided to give it a try because it was right around the corner and had good reviews. My pedicure was great. It lasted about an hour, half of which was all massage. (I admit, I'm a total sucker for a good leg massage.) My nail tech, Pim, was very friendly, as was the owner, who sat beside me much of the time working on his own clients--customers, I found out, for nearly 20 years. The atmosphere was modern, and typical for a nail salon. They offer a huge selection of polish colors and finishes, and I LOVED that the room didn't reek of nail polish remover. I wasn't thrilled about the price, though. I ended up being charged $44.00 before tip--which was $6.00 more than the cost I was given when I arrived. I don't mind paying for services, but I don't like being surprised--especially when there's a language barrier that makes it difficult to debate my frustration. It would be nice if they posted their prices up in the store, so customers know what they're getting their wallets into in advance. I'll probably revisit, just not as frequently as I would somewhere cheaper. read more

I visited Naples Nail and Spa yesterday for the first time. Don, whom is very personable did an amazing job on my acrylic fill and shaped my nails beautifully . The business facility appears to be clean and I witnessed the pedicure tubs being cleaned after each use. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. My one hangup with this establishment is a lack of high quality nail polishing application and design . I do like my nails to look gorgeous and I have to say I enjoyed my nail work more before the polish was applied to them . All in all I would definitely return for a fill. read more
