If I could give them less than 1 star I would! Service with or without an appointment is terrible. I had to go back the same day twice to get my nails fixed. Jack does not know what he is doing. The first day my nail gel clear coat peeled off. I went back & the front desk set up an appointment with Fiona, who absolutely knew what she was doing, apparently the only one there who does. I was there today for a pedicure & they filled up the sink and I sat there for 10 minutes & a male worker came over and said it would be another 30-35 minute wait, because they had an appointment ahead of me. Why in the world would you keep me waiting there that long...20 minute wait to get to the pedicure station and another 35 minutes to get it done? They have no clue in life how to manage this place and if this continues I hope they shut down soon. Stay away if your time is valuable! read more

Nails it self came out good, however my nail tech did not put top coat and made me sit under Uv light she said it's not needed. Well I ended up going to salon on my vacation fixing cracks in nails , they are cracking every day and it has been only a week. Holding off till I get back from my trip to re do them all. Was pleased with color and skills but no dip powder should not require uv light so she must've been rushing to see another client. Will not be coming back and if you do want to go there make sure to make them use the light as it makes top coat stronger. My natural nails hope they won't break bc of this. read more

Then I saw tech's sharing those filing boards between multiple customers and pull out tools from a drawer, spray them with mystery spray, and start digging into skin. This is my usual go - to place for a quick mani pedi and maybe a wooly eyebrow taming. Prices are reasonable for the area and most of the help is nice. Don't bother paying extra for the gel from here...I find it to only last on average, about 4 days. By day 5 I'm finding chips. Overall cleanliness is very good. read more

I came in for NYE nails for gel mani and spa pedi. It was a good experience while there. Nice staff. My bigger issue is that after two days my gel nails started to come off. Six days later and one nail is completely off, with two more chipping off quickly. For $75 (+ 20% tip), you would hope it would last. I called 45 min before they closed and the fit me in for a regular spa pedicure. Lan was very good. He was gentle and took great detail. I have an injured knee and he was careful. Also I love that they had jazz music playing instead of some loud tv show playing. Since it was the end of the day, I saw a lot of the cleaning and disinfecting they do a lot of. Jimmy did my dip pink and white, after I specifically said I wanted someone experienced. They told me I would have Stephen. I went in they were slammed and Stephen said he doesn't do pink and white like what I had and said Jimmy was better at it. He did do a great job, however they only lasted 5 days before they started to lift in the back on all of my nails. Now after 2 weeks I have to go to another salon to get them redone. I thought I would stop in and let them know...after speaking to a girl she called the manager Stephen over and he said there was nothing they could do. He said if it broke they could fix it but with them all lifting there was nothing that could be done and I should go to a different salon. HE COULD CARE LESS TERRIBLE MANAGMENT!! I always come in for the $35 mani pedi special and almost always have a job well-done. The salon is clean and modern (they just remodeled in the last year). They are always efficient on time and seem to try to always fit people in since they have a good amount of staff on the floor. The nail tech rushed through my gel manicure, not allowing it to set properly and it chipped two days later. Given the premium you pay for gel, the care needs to be taken to make sure it lasts. They also use a drill when removing old polish which is bad for your nails. read more

Ive gone there 2 times now to get my french acrylics done and overall the service is great.. but after like a half a week my acrylics start to lift and chip. Im no nail expert but I dont believe its supposed to do that so quick. I think its because during the first trip they didnt adhede my white tips down enough now its raising them to quick. Love this place. One of the only nail salons in Naples that's open - and open LATE - on Christmas Eve. It was a Christmas miracle. The salon space is large and insanely well sanitized.
