I went here to get my dip taken off. She cut my nail in half to start. Didn't even ask me if I wanted to keep my length. I started bleeding 2 seconds into sitting in the chair because she was ripping the dip off my nails with a tip for acrylic nails. I asked her nicely if she could just put it in acetone before trying to take the dip off since that's what you normally do. She told me no and said that's what we will do afterwards. the man that did my nails was very very rough while filing them, he didn't clean up the gel and nail polish on the back of the nails. i wanted simple black french tips and small hearts on the ring finger. the nails are very uneven, as well as the french tips. he attempted to do small hearts on my ring finger but they look like piles of poop/ just sloppy dots. the french tip on my pinky is smudged. the gel on the nail is so thick and bumpy. he was rough on my cuticles too. he has been doing nails for 30 years, you'd think he'd get better my friend also got hers done but by another worker, and hers turned out much much better, not perfect, but most definitely better than mine read more

This was the worst manicure I've ever had. Tony was the tech. Place is filthy. Where is the Board of Health? The fan facing me was covered with dirty dust. I spent 75$ on terrible nails and terrible service. I thought I should give them a second chance so I went again today. The lady seemed nice at first. But she proceeded to mess up my nails and did an awful job. I told her I didn't like the way they looked and she got angry and started filing my nails like crazy and tried ripping them off with clippers and the cut my finger super deep. Got my nails and toes done by mimi today, terrible job. Polish all around my nails, uneven and different lengths. When I would say something to her about missing polish on nails, she became mad and dipped my nails for a quick fix. My pedicure was half assed. Massaged one foot and leg and massaged the second foot for 20 seconds and completely ignored my leg. She rounded my big toe nails instead of leaving them square and just cut down. She painted my cuticles on my toes and left polish all over my skin. Got paying over $100 for a terrible service. I'm appalled and highly disappointed. I work hard for my money and very pissed off that I received by service for something that I do to reward myself after a few weeks of hard work. I wasted my money and didn't get to relax. I also got a hot towel wrap... she pulled out the smallest towel which barely covered one leg. Ridiculous. Not worth the money! First time going here it was very pretty and clean inside, everyone was friendly, but very unsatisfied with my nails. Got a simple acrylic French tip and they came out nothing like the photo I showed the nail tech and besides that they're just not done well. Told her I'd like them filed very narrow and they are just thick squares. Showed her how my thumbs were extremely uneven (different lengths) and she then made the longer one extremely short and it just looks very bad. For the location I found the salon to be perfect. I ran my errands and in between pampered myself with a mani. Walking into the salon it's pretty/modern. You would think the service would be as nice as the anesthetic of the salon. I give it to the owner she made the salon look beautifully. First experience with this salon will be my last Asking what was included with the four different manicures was difficult and awkward. I couldn't get a specific answer. Finally was told exfoliation. I also asked if the nail tools were sanitized. I was given an eye roll and an explanation of oh yea we sanitize. So I agreed to have a manicure. Nail tools were pulled out from a dirty white box pulled from a drawer. I asked to have the tools sprayed with alcohol since they clearly were not sanitized. The nail tech reports oh I sanitize after each client. Clearly the tools were not sanitized or even cleaned once politely asked. The manicure service was less than acceptable nail coloring technique was horrendous. I ultimately left the salon and went back to have the polish removed and reapplied correctly. I asked for the owner and I was told she was not there. I asked for a manager and I was told there was not one. I asked for a different nail tech to color my nails I'm told I have to wait again. I asked for my money back and I'm told I already received services.....(less than acceptable/decent service). Finally after waiting the owner approached me and asked what she can help with. I displayed the the horrible looking manicure. She sat me down and reapplied the polish and cleaned up the cuticles. The manicure experience was awkward embarrassing and shameful. I gave two starts only because of the efforts to fix the issue and her professionalism. For the nail tech who worked on my hands she had an ear piece in talking to someone the entire service. While she cut my finger up and file on my cuticles I will not return. I highly suggest looking elsewhere. read more

These people will tell you one thing on the phone & you'll be charged another for anything extra. They should have their prices posted so customers know what they are paying for. Instead of being professionals & communicating with customers, they talk to each other in their own language, never have actual conversations with you. Male manager knows nothing about customer service. I'm new to Naples and been to this salon a number of times. It was always very good. My 17 year old niece came to visit for vacation. She wanted to get a set of acrylics. We went in on Sunday 4-15 and Ivy insisted she try 'dips'. We didn't know what get were so she tried it. She really liked them. But by Tuesday 3 had fallen off. Others were pulling off the nail. We went back and asked for the dips to be taken off and for a full set of acrylics be done. I said I didn't want to pay for the new set. The male manager said no. They would only fix the broken ones. He keep insisting that she was doing too many with her hands and that her nails beds were too short. Well she's 17 on vacation in FL - laying in the sun shouldn't make them fall off. And she always gets acrylics with the same size nail bed. They never fall off. The girl who fixed them was very nice. My sister, mom and I made an appointment to get mani pedis at 2:15. We show up and pick out our colors only to sit around and wait for an hour while the workers sat around and took their time with the few people in the salon. We decided to not get pedicures since it was taking so long and our mom left. When it was time for me to get my dip manicure the woman immediately stuck my fingers into the powder without prepping my nails or shaping/flattening them out. I now have uneven, bumpy nails with dip stuck under all of my finger nails. I think this is one of my worst manicures ever. The woman who did my pedi hurt my toe with one of the clippers. It happens, I did not get upset and she did apologize. My issue is with the girl who did my mani. After she was done, I paid and gave her a tip. As I was about to walk out she said, "Are you giving the other girl a tip, or did you do it already?" Rude, not professional and not her business. My lip was waxed and I didn't ask for it, and I broke out. I did receive a shellac manicure and within three days five nails had chips on them. My shellac nails weren't even dry and the workers there try to get you in and out very quickly. Very expensive!!! read more

So Nikki and I went for r a pedicure at LV nails and Bar, being going there for a few years now. Like most places it is normal to Wait some times, but today was the top. Our appointment was for 2pm, we arrived at 1:50pm, they set everything warm water etc, by 2:10pm we were still waiting, (that was 20 minutes soaking our feet, by now in cold water) in any case they started working on Nikki, a few minutes later on me by now is 2:20pm.
