I don't normally write reviews because I usually have pleasant experiences wherever I go, but unfortunately my experience at Diamond Nails was extremely disappointing. I decided to try this salon because it's much closer to where I live now, and I made appointments for both my friend and I to get pedicures together. When we arrived, the salon was packed. We didn't wait very long, but after seating us side by side in pedicure chairs, they immediately started my friend's pedicure while I sat there for almost 15 minutes without anyone acknowledging me or explaining the delay. The pedicure itself was honestly very poor quality. The technician seemed rushed and did a very careless job. He didn't even file my toenails, which I have never experienced at any nail salon before. On top of that, nobody even asked me what type of pedicure I wanted. I requested a deluxe pedicure, as did my friend, yet somehow even though mine started much later, we both finished at the exact same time, which made the service feel rushed and incomplete. The most upsetting part happened when I paid. The total should have been $110. The woman at the front took my card, crumpled up the receipt, handed my card back, and I tipped both nail technicians separately in cash. After checking my bank account later, I realized my card had actually been charged $120 instead of $110. Between the poor service, lack of attention, rushed pedicure, and incorrect charge on my card, I was extremely unimpressed with this salon and will not be returning. read more

First time here. Made an appointment for 12 and was seen on time. Tim did my toes and nails. I am happy with the job he did. He took his time with my cuticles on my hands and feet. The only thing I I wish was my nails were darker to match my toes. I'll be back. I paid 82 for everything with tip. read more

Been here 3 times. First time was ok not same person as the others but last two times were great! Yumi did both my gel manicure and pedicure. Manicure especially lasted over two weeks!! Excellent job and have been to many places where I have paid more but manicure has peeled off completely after a few days. Can't speak for other techs there but Yumi is definitely great! read more

Today is the first time I've gone to Diamond Nails since before COVID. I've referred numerous family members to Christine since. I'm honestly shocked at how bad this establishment has gotten since 2019. The pedicures were amazing, one given by Vincent, but the nail techs who did our manicures (Christine and a man who never gave his name) failed completely and utterly on our manicures. Firstly, Christine was taking phone calls and texting the entire time, consistently forgetting what step she was on on my nails. Secondly, I asked for Coffin-Shaped nails and she gave me square. Thirdly, I asked for medium-long nails and she gave me very short and stubby nails. As for my friend who came with me, the man who did her nails cut her on numerous occasions (pictured), gave her short nails when she asked numerous times for long nails, and charged her $50 for a regular full set of nails! Even her pinky nail is crooked (pictured)! The attention to care that Diamond Nails has had has severely went down the drain since 2019. I won't be coming back. read more

Gel nails lift-up after 1 week. They didn't have the decency to correct their lousy work. Moisture can get trapped between the gel nail & the fingernails & cause a fungus infection. When gel nails were removed, several of my nails had a fungus infection. Obviously, they are not properly sanitizing their tools. Avoid this business that don't care about their customers. read more

Very fast and get me in/ out. Lucy is the best. Other people I have had for my nails have made my acrylic very uneven. Lucy fixed it for me with no issues. If you are looking for a relaxing feel, probably not the best place. The jam people out quickly since they are so busy! read more

This place was bad from the start. - It was incredibly dirty -they did not clean in between customers - the pedicure chair I was in was broken - they did not have most of the colors they asked me to choose from - they were super sloppy with painting my nails -I had to ask them to go back and clean up all of the nail polish that was around my nails - they were supper unorganized, moving me from chair to chair in the middle of my pedicure!!!!!! - they applied my acrylic nail crooked despite me telling them three times is was crooked!!!!!!! - when I brought all of my concerns to the manager, she was unfazed. My nail tech is amazing, and took his time which I loved. He knew exactly what he was doing, and made me feel at ease knowing I was in great hands. After moving to Naples and finding a shop I thought I loved- being loyal to it --I am disappointed to say I have to find a new shop. Not because it was dirty or did a bad job -but because of the customer service. Normally they had been very nice to me. But suddenly , after a YEAR AND $1000's spent here - I came in - and they acted like I was a stranger!! I thought it felt off.... maybe a bad day!? But no- the next 3 times- same treatment . It really kinda hurt my feelings more than anything. Loyalty means nothing here. I tip very well and have used the same tech a few times after the guy I liked left. I'm even patient and understanding and try to come in on off -peak times since I have the flexibility. Even understood when it was prom season and they were slammed, making wait times insane. I don't get it!! The older woman who runs the place is sweet and fun. I hope she reads this and understands a salon should make their regulars feel at home. I went in for the first time on 11/20 for a dip manicure and a regular pedicure. They prepped me for my pedicure and as I was soaking my feet in the tub they started drilling the top coat off of my previous dip. Normal. As she was doing this her drill got caught in her glove and drilled a chunk of skin out of the side of my finger. I was bleeding a lot. She apologized and took her gloves off and continued the service. As I'm sitting there I thought about it and told the lady I guess I have to do gel now. She's like oh no we can still do dip. I questioned saying how if I'm bleeding. You'll get blood in the powder and powder in the open cut. She then told me she can super glue it. I declined and told her I'd just like a gel manicure. No discount was offered for hurting me. Less than a week into the manicure my thumb nail started breaking low on the nail bed. I returned on the 27th since the cut was now healed and had them do a dip and salvage the broken nail. Manicure came out good until now... a week later I have 2 broken nails and a chipped nail. My last dip set from a place in Miami lasted 5 weeks. I just moved from Naples and have been trying to find a good salon. This one is not it. read more
