The staff is super friendly and they seem very passionate about what they do. I love that everything is natural, they make their soap daily and in house. We do not have sensitivity to anything but we wanted to be more conscious of what we put in and on our bodies and we feel good about using any of their product. The nice part is that it's reasonably priced, the staff is nice and not the uptight atmosphere you usually encounter. I definitely expected my tab to be far more. I got dip nails and a honey pedicure.Everything is super sanitary and you get your own buffer and nail file to keep which you bring in for your visits. They use what look like a blow dryer with a removable buffer brush for callous' instead of the traditional "cheese grater " tool that is used on everyone. And instead of a small fan there's actually luxurious drying stations for hands and feet' They also don't use a drill to get off old powder just acetone and a buffer so you are not harming your nails. I don't wear artificial nails but I would guess they would do acrylics well judging by todays experience. Nail techs are fluent in English and Spanish. You also can pay for reflexology time with your pedicure or go into a private room for massage or more extensive reflexology time. I think they also do lash extensions .I love the ambiance, they have videos of tropical paradises playing, soothing music, lovely floor to ceiling windows with filmy drapes that let the light in.
