Romann was awesome! Super knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect car that fits me. The dealership was very reasonable and really went above and beyond. I'll definitely be sending my family his way!

We bought a 2016 Kia Sorento from Napleton. There have been many recall issues. The latest one is engine knocking which indicates engine failure. Our mechanic identified the issue and directed us to bring our vehicle to KIA. On June 26, 2023, we dropped off the vehicle with KIA on Northlake Blvd. We were told we were in the 10th spot as there were many other vehicles with the same issue in front of us. We were told it would take 6-8 weeks (see text chain). 7 weeks later we were still in the 10th spot. On the 9th week, we were told that Napleton could not provide us with an ETA (see text chain). Napleton has not even diagnosed our vehicle yet stating they only have one certified tech. However, clearly that tech is not working on the recalled vehicles. Also, both Napleton and KIA, in writing refused to provide a rental car. One can see a consultant advising KIA the following: Hey, you made a bad engine. People are going to be angry. Run a campaign assuring people that you will cover and replace the engine if something happens. Then delay the repair so long that the person either has to take the vehicle somewhere to have it fixed out of pocket or at the same time start advertising that a trade in option. The customers cannot bring their vehicles anywhere because the engine is bad so you, KIA, can obtain a sale from it. Win/win for KIA/Napleton and lose/lose for customer.

They'll mention cosmetic issues with the car, like scratches, sugar coat everything but fail to disclose rust and hidden holes--even when they knew this was going to be a family car for a baby. When brought to their attention they offer an even worse car and the "nothing we can do" As for the employees' manners? They watch you struggle to open a door in the rain while pushing a stroller by yourself, and instead of helping, three of them sit at the front desk and comment on how nice it was that you managed it on your own, all male worker's by the way.

I gave it a second chance but I'm not sure why. But onto my problem and this was second lease through them. Just a heads up if your getting a car lease through Schumacher and they go through a credit union like Velocity that uses Fusion Lease company. This basically is a 3rd party lease. I cannot return the car lease to the dealership. (It has to be picked up by a car pickup company that fusion schedules). I also normally would get the disposition fee waived if I am buying another VW or sister car like Audi, and usually the mileage if over, all or some of it usually be waived if I buy or lease another car but none of this applies. Schumacher never told me any of this and unfortunately I thought I had a normal lease like my previous one through them. The new dealership that I bought a car from that is a sister dealership was willing to write these things off but because it went through a credit union(which the dealer never heard of any lease going through a credit union) was not able to find me in the system stop do this. Now here I am with having to pay a disposition fee and paying extra mileages and sometimes there is an amount they will give as an allowance for wear and tear, but that doesn't apply either. Just an fyi because I was under the assumption my lease was a normal lease process and Schumacher never made me aware of any of this. My guess is Schumacher has some kind of deal or kickback from them but they definitely should let you know the normal leasing circumstances does not apply if you are going through a credit union because it uses a 3rd party leasing company. Very deceptive practice of Schumacher.

Now the sales guy is talking #'s to me & my comparison shopping has now stopped, because I found a car that I love and the PRICE was very good. I did wind up purchasing a 2026 Toyota Corolla LE & got it financed at an excellent rate & now I am the owner of an EARL STEWART TOYOTA COROLLA. My entire life was being a Honda civic girl, but that changed. My service guy Steven Silverstein and he did me right, I even got Tinted windows on my New Car that I pickup on this Thursday,1/8/2026. I would definitely Recommend anyone who is looking for a new car, especially a Toyota to go to EARL STEWART.The difference is when you purchase a car at EARL STEWART you don't pay any Dealer Fees..and that saves U over $1000.00 +.... compared to going to other Toyota Dealerships. If you are looking, just stop by EARL STEWART TOYOTA & ask for Steven Silverstein, and take a look around & judge for yourself! Gal who will TEACH YOU ABOUT your NEW TOYOTA with the TECHNOLOGY that's in these NEW VEHICLES.So if u purchase a New Toyota don't Forget to EDUCATE yourself with a TECHNOLOGY Class..!

The technician initially wrote up services I did not request (alignment, balancing, and tire rotation). I had to correct this and clarify that I wanted a proper diagnostic check first. Despite having an appointment, I waited over three hours only to be told the vehicle hadn't even been taken into the shop. After escalating the issue to the service manager, the vehicle was finally looked at. Within 30 minutes, I was told I needed four new tires and an alignment at a cost of $1,200. This felt rushed and questionable, especially without a thorough explanation. I declined and decided to get a second opinion. I then went to Tires Plus, where the assessment was completely different. They confirmed I did NOT need new tires. They performed an alignment, balanced the tires, and completed an oil change--all for $356.98. The vibration issue was resolved. Additionally, the dealership failed to note that my vehicle was due for an oil change, even though it was clearly indicated. Based on this experience, I will not be returning. The lack of organization, poor communication, and what felt like unnecessary upselling does not inspire confidence. Thank you

Very unprofessional chauvinistic behavior; did not listen to me at all. I went in the dealership in the evening and expected to sign the papers that night since they had the exact car I wanted. They offered me $29,000 for my exact same car that 2 other dealers offered $36,000 and $38,000. Then the Sales Manager KEPT my KEYS in his office and could not get in my condo upon arriving home. It was purposeful; my key chain is monstrous and hard to lose/miss. Just an awful car buying experience since I fully expected to drive home in a Jeep that night after several days of Shopping. During the following week, I received a total of 9 phone calls from Napleton Jeep salespeople. The salespeople do NOT talk to each other apparently. I have seldom been in a professional sales environment with people "trash talking" another dealership. It's one of the few times in the 2000's that I felt prejudiced against by being a woman. They need sensitivity training as well as Jeep Car colors. My initial call concerned a Mojito green Jeep and the telephone person needed a stock number as he did not know what "Mojito" was; hung up on him and then called a week later after I found the perfect Jeep on their Internet site. Could have been a very easy $40,000+ sale . The positive was the salesman was extremely nice when I went for a test drive; Sales Manager was abysmal.

I made an appointment for 11 AM on Wednesday assuming I would be out of there in an hour to an hour and a half for a simple oil change. When I arrived, I had to walk around to find my service advisor but once I tracked him down, he was very friendly and cordial and very interested in my car. He explained that it would take at least a couple hours to do the oil change. I inquired if they could give me a ride home and he assured me that they would be happy to do so. I ended up waiting one hour before someone came to get me to offer me that ride home, which is only a couple miles away. I declined, since the oil change is to take two hours I might as well wait the extra hour. Everyone who passed by me, especially Rob and Michael (manager? in office beside Customer Lounge) was friendly and asked me if I'd like water, etc. I had my large service dog with me and everyone was engaging and caring. Eventually 2 hours became almost 3.... Victor was kind enough to check in the status and reported back to me promptly. When he came to get me (I t seems my service advisor disappeared for a very long lunch...lol) I was told my oil change was complimentary! Now that's a definite improvement in noticing how a customer feels. I did ask why they make appointments for a specific time slot for a simple thing like an oil change and was told they have issues with accepting too many cars. The car was brought to me with a nice plastic sheet over the seat cover. Although it was not vacuumed nor quick washed as I've experienced for scheduled oil changes of my other vehicle at local Al Packer Lincoln Ford, I appreciated the consideration. There are many "runners" sitting around the outside service area who could be enlisted for that free extra attention... From reading previous reviews, I think a little closer attention to the individual customer, like what I experienced in a positive way today will do wonders for our experiences and for good reviews like I was happy to be able to leave today. By the way, I will be bringing my car back for further service needs and oil changes. Hopefully, they will get their scheduling act together for the complimentary ride home (more promptly than one hour) and for prompt and thorough service by managing MTTR (quality assurance).
