Will never purchase a vehicle from here. The backed by Ed Morse is a complete lie. Everything about my experience was either fake or terrible! My sales rep never called me back after leaving several voicemails and messages with the receptionist. The car did not have the mats that were suppose to come with it when I pulled off the lot; they never called me back to schedule the window tinting these are a couple of the reasons i repeatedly called. I told them what i wanted to pay monthly and was not picky on the vehicle more concerned about the monthly cost and fuel efficiency. I find out I could have gotten an Accord for less than what I paid for my Civic Sport. The mileage is terrible barely getting 30mpg highway instead of the 38mpg as advertised. The finance guy is a joke and a swindler. You cannot get a straight answer about any questions asked and if he "didnt know" made zero attempt to get an answer. If you dont know the answers to the finance questions then who the hell does!! It felt like if you are knowledgeable about leasing a vehicle you are a threat. I could not be more disappointed. On top of all that my $4,500 down payment went right in their pockets and didnt come off the residual value of the vehicle. I paid them to sell me the car plus $1,000 dealer fee that was for them washing and inspecting the vehicle?!?! Wish i had more time to review the contract but was I a rush that day. Never again doing that or trusting a car dealership! Lesson learned. I've now been calling to find out on top of my monthly payment they have been charging me a $30 fee for idk what and they still NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE OR CALL BACK! I feel scammed and taken advantage of. Theres also weird issues with the car like one of the back doors dont close properly and doesn't seem to be lined up correctly and the electrical is a kinda wonky with the bluetooth and the auto start/stop turns on by itself randomly. Just purchased a new 2023 Honda accord. I am a repeat customer having purchased three other vehicle and this is my fourth. A few days after my purchase I noticed that my drivers side AC vent wasn't blowing normal, so I took it for service , I also noted a misaligned hood. As per Tony the service manager their go to guy he also said a Honda rep just happen to be at the dealer and inspected my vehicle and said some vehicles also have that issue. I also noted that most of the vehicle have a defect but mine was slight more crooked. He basically said nothing can be done about it.The repair to the AC vent was completed and when I picked it up I was in shock to what I saw!! They removed the whole dash to replace the AC vent and this is how they left it for me. Sad because I have been nothing but nice to them and a repeat customer and never had issue with past vehicle so I never had to deal with service except for oil changes etc. Pictures below . I had some maintenance done. They noticed my warning lights were all on. I said it's been like that for 7 months, everything works fine, so I don't care to spend money to figure out the problem. Later, they said they figured it out- my battery is bad (it was only 16 months old, but I trusted them). So, I buy a battery to end the problem. After they're done, hands me keys and proudly says "warning lights are all off!" I leave, and 5 minutes later, all the warning lights are back on. I paid $175 for an unnecessary repair. If they don't know what's wrong, they shouldn't make stuff up, just to make a buck. read more

I purchased a new car here 6 months ago and traded in my old car. 5 months later I get a letter in the mail that my license is going to be suspended and a lien on my name because my car is in towing and no one has got it out. Turns out the resold the car I traded in and allowed the new owner to just never transfer the title. So I call them to try and resolve the issue. That was last week. I have been given the runaround like you can't even imagine. Even after explaining the severity of the issue, (an issue caused by mistakes made on their end) it has taken me hours on the phone, multiple emails ignored, having to call nearly 40 separate times to get a hold of people because no one ever seems to be there, etc etc. I have been constantly transferred to voicemails only to leave a voicemail and not get a return call. There's really not anything good I can say about my experience with them. They have given me the runaround so badly during a time where I really needed them to correct their mistake and get this figured out. Absolutely abissmal costumer service. read more

I have a 10 o'clock appointment and as I check in I am told it will be a two hour wait for an oil change. I say, "I have an appointment, I'm Not a walk in". He says "yeah, we are just busy"...what! Totally unacceptable, what's the point of an appointment? I drive from too far away to get any kind of ride so I have to wait and of course I bought the maintenance plan so they have me stuck coming here! I lease and get new cars every 2-3 years. Purchased a pre owned car from this place and was charged over $1000 for a used car inspection and refurbishment. After I got the car back to my shop i did a little inspection myself. The air filter looked like there was a mouse nest in there. The front end alignment was way off. The front brake pads were paper thin. The spark plugs were way over due for replacement and were so corroded in place I could hardly get them out. Being a former service manager myself, I can't believe this stuff was overlooked. What did I actually pay for. The multi-point inspection doesn't include this basic stuff?? Very disappointing!! read more

The car I bought from this dealership seemed fine until one morning I heard a loud explosion. When I opened my hood I noticed the battery had exploded. In all my years owning cars, I've never experienced something like this. I had to get a new battery but in I did, the car would not stay on. I called them regarding this issue and they chose to not take ownership of the issue and told me to just contact VW dealership. I did so and found out it was my module that was damaged due to the battery exploding. I had to pay a lot of money to get this issue fixed. On top of being without a car while waiting for repairs. I suggest anybody buying from here to do a detailed inspection on their vehicles before buying because they will sell you cars in dangerous conditions. On top of that they will not own up to their wrongdoings and you will have to pay out of pocket for any hidden surprises. read more

Went in to look at Civics today (I plan on purchasing a new car in 2-3 months) and they refused to take me to look at the cars or test drive because I'm "shopping way too early." I didn't know I could be too early to feel out whether I wanted to buy one of your cars over another brand. They said they wont have any of the cars I would be looking at when it was actually time to buy, to which I asked if I could still look because they would have something similar for sure. The sales rep had to ask the manager for every single one of my questions and got told cars with sticker prices were actually 4k more than was shown. There was no runaround going to the manager 20 times, no price gouging, no hard upsells. They took the pain and anguish out of what should be a fun experience...getting new wheels. Came in to buy a used car for our son and David narrowed the field down to what checked all our boxes, so we didn't waste our time. Then he offered what felt to be a fair discount off the sticker. I brought the SUV in for an oil change and to have them check out a dead lighter socket. They charged me $189 to evaluate the electrical system and wound up just putting in a new socket. The NEXT DAY my the car died and my wife was stranded. I called several times. Once to my rep, once asking for the service manager who never returned my call, once to a customer service rep who wanted to make me an appointment for bringing the car in. Again to the service manager-left a message on his personal message app and still no call back. I resorted to calling AAA and by the way I was out of town and could not rescue my wife. They came and said it was a dead battery and jumped it. I trickel-charged it overnight and still would not start, so I pulled the battery. Had it tested and it was toast! Dropped a new battery in and it has been fine since. The next day I finally got a call back from my service rep. The next day!! Needless to say I was not happy. If the battery was weak and whatever the electrical testing did finished it off, don't you think that a $189 electrical testing job would check out the battery as part of the job? After all it's the only electrical self generating part of the entire car! Really bad service I would say and I will repeat this story when Honda contacts me and to my many local friends. By the way, I also needed tires and was going to get a set on this vehicle from you, but after my experience I bought a set today from one of your competitors. I doubt you will respond to my satisfaction from this response, but that won't surprise me. read more

Bought 2 vehicles. Both had paint peeling issues. Once warranty expired they said it wasn't financially feasible for them to paint the vehicle again. Body shop said the only solution was to get rid of it. When we considered a trade Morse was sure when they would have a vehicle available. Very disappointing.
