Lied about an issue on my older model S when brought in for a recall. Told me that I needed a new MCU because the screen was black, charged me a 300 plus diagnostic fee. I took it apart and found out a cable wasn't plugged in. Newer model 3 had service scheduled but had to fly out for work and wanted to leave the car there to inspect at their leisure for ESA and was told I couldn't do that. Dealt with the same SA twice Landy, she needs remedial customer service training and needs to gather more knowledge about the vehicles she is dealing with. read more

This place is so not professional. They have absolutely no customer service. They are very racist,condescending and demeaning. I had a horrible headache,and I could not pick my car up. I explain to them,that I will picked the car up first thing in the morning. The representative actually threatened me,if I don't come today. They are going to charge me 200 dollars per day. The service center at this location is beyond bad. Brought my model 3 in to have them look at a small crack on the top glass. They checked and it was not covered under warranty (Fine) I returned to pick up the car and the glass was very clearly cracked further about 4x the length of when it was brought in. Front desk lied and said it was never brought to the back and it in fact was brought back to be looked at. William (asst manager) will not release the video of the tech damaging the car and refuses to replace it saying "it was damaged already". DO NOT bring you vehicle here. If you refuse the pricey service they will damage your car further and then deny it and refuse liability. read more

I love the product and the prime stock holder of Tesla - Elon Musk. The West Palm Beach dealership is a customer service nightmare. I had to cancel the order for the car. I cancelled without a problem within 15 hours of the order. Shortly after I cancelled the charger on the app - per this Tesla Dealership. Tesla sent me the charger. No one answers the phone at this FRANCHISE dealership and it is obvious the salespeople out for the $250.00 fee that they charge you. Now I have cancelled the car within 15 hours of signing an agreement and lost $250.00. In spite of cancellation for the charger - they sent it anyway. Now I have a $275.00 charger sitting in my house. I've tried calling them, texting customer service and everything that I can possibly do. There is no one to talk to - don't purchase at the West Palm Beach location. Do yourself a favor and order your car on-line. These people are in for the sale only. Drove across the state to PU my Tesla since the one I ordered in St. Pete had it's delivery date delayed several times, so PAUL @ that store found us the car I ordered here so he called to find out if it was spoken for and it was not so the next day we took a rode trip. We were told to ask for Brandon who acted like he was inconvenience that we asked for him. Actually asking us, "Do I know you" since he was taken back we were told to ask for him. At this point I realized why did Paul tell us to ask for him. Waste of money on an employee. He could not be bothered with us or helping us navigate all the techie stuff, we are 50 something, and we are the ones who can actually afford these cars and not be in debt so he passed us off or I should say left us alone for way too long so we found another 20 something to "help" us, while he was somewhat better but still not good communication or any kind of emotion from him, as it should have been a great experience picking up our TESLA, but he helped us navigate and get us in our car and back on the road so we could Thank God go back home to our side of the state where people who work at the TESLA dealership are of age and wisdom to know how to treat customers. read more

Got a message via text from Tesla that my service tomorrow is canceled, we will get in touch when the part is in.. "Part not in". What part? No one has seen the car to determine if a part is needed. Tesla Model S decided to stop working in Orlando while on a trip. Tesla towed car to West Palm Beach location to work on and be closer to our home. So far so good. They had car for 3 weeks to replace the HV battery. Got the call it was ready and gave them a time we would come get it. Car was not pulled out when we got there and had to wait while they pulled it from the back lot. Every car dealer we have ever dealt with has ALWAYS cleaned the exterior of the car up if they have had it for multiple days. Our car was filthy, didn't even spray it off with a hose. Really sad that at this level their people should have been trained better in customer service. read more

I have had to drive 40 minutes to the west palm service center three times to speak to a human about a service issue. There is no available supervisor and no method to reach them. Had mobile service from the Tesla Okeechobee service center come out to our home to perform a recall and also a low voltage battery replacement on my Model 3 on 12/15.2022. The technician looked very young and inexperienced. During the recall repair, the technician broke the glass roof on the model 3. He agreed that the I would need to go to the local service center to have it replaced free (big hassle for me) and invasive to replace the entire roof panel). I passed it off as bad luck. A few days later I went to drive the car and the entire computer was shorted out. No screen, nothing. I rebooted the car and then found out that the mobile connectivity (Teslas have an always on LTE connection) was no longer working. I called Tesla immediately and brought this to the service centers attention so that when they replaced the roof glass, this could also be addressed. When I went in for the appointment on 12/28/2022 for the roof replacement (remember the technician broke my glass roof) the roof was replaced and the service center looked at the connectivity issue. They said that they needed to order parts to replace the computer and LTE card and I would need to come back in a week when the parts came in. Then when I was on the way home, I received and estimate via email for $2200 for the repair. Why should I have to pay for something that was damaged by their technician? Never had a single problem with connectivity in the past. During the recall the technician had to disconnect the main battery lead and we think he did not follow procedure and sent a large current through the vehicle. Tesla is a great car but the service center near me is the worst. Now nothing works in my car and the app does not work without the LTE. read more

First..... Loved the buying experience. Made an appointment, met with the appointed sales person, Ruben. He was great, explaining everything about the model 3. Documentation was fast and easy. BUT.... We were given a quote for our trade in. The car title had a notation on it about being a lemon. We knew this when we purchased the car 7 years ago and put another 50 k miles on the car. The quote from Tesla was low. We were told to go to CarMax and Tesla would match the written offer. We did that, driving 50 minutes to get the quote. The quote from CarMax was a third higher than Tesla's. We faxed the quote to Tesla, only to be told they would NOT match the CarMax number, nor did they intend to take our trade in at all. Ruben and Jamila (store manager) were very apologetic about it and suggested we sell the car to CarMax. Yet another 50 ride one way! We did that, and then purchased the fantastic Model3. By selling to CarMax we lost $500 + in additional taxes we needed to pay. I was not happy. We were given a consolation of free floor mats. I asked to speak to the regional manager. Danielle Sanchez responded to my request, texting to speak on May 10th, a Friday. I responded that weekend with a number I could be reached on. I followed up with a text late on the 14th of May and received a call back minutes later. We spoke and she promised some answers later in the week. Not all my questions were answered, and I was promised a full explanation by May 21. To date no response from Ms. Sanchez. I am told the blame rests with Tesla- Remarketing department. Who cares! Tesla know from the start there was an issue with the title, resulting in a low purchase price offer. Tesla told me to get a competing offer from CarMax that they would the match, only to say they forget it! My advice: Go to CarMax first. Get a quote! Lastly.... Awesome Automobile! read more

After spending almost 4 grand to not only tow my vehicle across the country to multiple tesla shops the service center charged me 4k to fix my vehicle. Upon picking up vehicle weeks later vehicle was not fixed. Apparently techs made multiple mistake lol. Picked up again once fixed right and service failed to remount underbody protection plastics covering repair area and then proceed to blame it on me and threaten to charge me more after it flew off on the highway less that hours after picking it up. I love my tesla but service is a complete nightmare that appears to take advantage of customers as a regular practice. Ive owned a tesla for almost 5 years as an early customer and im sad to say im looking for other electric options due to multiple terrible experiences with service. As a company thats producing 2 million cars a year with no news of better service the service is only going to get worse. People who buy a 100k car deserve a quality level of service. If I could give negative stars I would. Documented the whole nightmare experience these past two months and plan to share my experiences via youtube as corporate also does nothing. Kelsey the manager is lovely but only after a year of the worst car purchasing ever. The difference from 5 years ago from stellar service to the worst. From giving the initial deposit through the year long wait 6 months after promised. To NOT BEING PERMITTED TO TEST DRIVE with little to no communication to finally arriving to pick it up with horrendous snotty arrogant behavior from kevin and thomas. Dirty car. Then Brandon tries to get the car started after not having keys- left to go get the mask we requested him putting on- and never came back. U can't make this stuff up. Next comes Alexander who we asked question re keys and had no idea answer. We are most annoyed with ourselves for going through with the purchase. Tesla thinks they are above everyone and every thing. When I told Kevin that Chevrolet gives better customer service he told me to go buy a Chevrolet. Nice!!! We wish there were other options for electric long range vehicles. Shame on Tesla for this awful turn in company and personality Good thing we love the car. The company terrible. They don't care!! Sadly, we visited the dealership on a Saturday and their test driving schedule was full. But oddly enough a sale rep had 10 - 15 minutes before his next appointment. So before his appointment he took us around the block in the Model S P90D. And within this fast 10 minute test drive, he showed us autopilot, ludicrous mode, how the car grips sharp turns on fast speed, and how the car can slow down without touching the brakes. And then finally when we got back to dealership he finally showed us autopilot self-parking. The car that we went in was the Model S P90D. The exterior was a dark blue with dark grey wheels, and then it had grey leather interior seats (it was fully spec'd out, give or take probably cost around $130,000). Within ludicrous mode or even just pushing the pedal to the ground as seen by the sales rep, you can get to 0 - 80 (with ludicrous mode) and 0 - 60 (pushing the pedal) within seconds. After the test drive, my dad, brother, and myself all left with a smile on our faces. After been in other vehicles during test drives, I have to say no other car brand put a smile on my face like what Tesla just did. We hope by next week we can schedule a test drive where me and my dad can actually drive the car and feel the power behind the wheel. Overall, what an amazing brand, the cars are both amazing and beautiful (Model S, Model X and Model 3), and also they have friendly sale reps that will tell you anything about the car. ----- Edit 1 (4/22/16): We scheduled a test drive for Friday, we went to the dealership but sadly they said you have to be 25 years old or older to test drive the car on public roads. They should let you test drive the car if an adult (like your mom or dad) goes with you, and you have to be over the age of 21. read more

The service is terrible, beware of them processing your registration. I purchased my car 2.5 months ago, provided all the paperwork and paid registration fees, 8 weeks later, 3 weeks of phone calls, the registration has been expired for 5 weeks now, today I got a ticket for driving with an expired tag, so I decided to come to their offices to get a new one, since the calls have been useless, 50 minutes waiting and no one is able to assist, they said no manager is in the office and they cannot even provide me with a phone number to call directly to solve the issue during the week. Despite this place being insanely busy with end of the year deliveries, Chris was helped me right away and was extremely pleasant and professional. They got me into a loaner right away and the communication was great about getting my model 3 repaired. Yes, they should get a live person to handle phones for each location. They don't give you ANY information nor do they clean their loaners - I had to use a whole two packages of Clorox wipes (all black by the end mind you) to clean the car myself. I have purchased many vehicles throughout my life, many times it felt like a battle between a skeptical buyer and a warrior pressure driven sales person. You knew you had to go through many scenarios before you got the deal that should have been offered to begin with. At the Tesla dealership in WPB it was the most pleasant relax and informed experience of my life time. I did not feel rushedor annoying in my numerous questions. Jeremie who first met me was super kind and quickly assembled a team to make me feel relax but super informed. I did a lot of research before I went to the dealership but never thought how little I knew. The process was SUPER SIMPLE: you tell them what you are looking for and they give you all the options you have as far as vehicles. When it came to the few added options available i was not pushed to buy anything. When my wife finally decided what she wanted Jeremie brough Giovanni to give us a test ride, then Kyle offered his 1.49% finace which was to good to pass on. Finally within 48 hours I was delivered my beautiful black Model S and Devon gave us an amazing walk through. I cant say enough. Having to deal the service department is a complete joke. It's like everyone's first day. Leadership doesn't have a clue how run a service center. Attempted to speak with the service manager more than once. Never available and the guy who is his assistant is useless. Can't make a decision and has to talk to manager. Nobody there seems to care. Just there for the benefits and check. Not about the customer at all. To top it off the location is very industrial (next to dump) and not safe at night to charge. read more

I had scheduled an appointment with Tesla a week in advance for a test drive on a P90D, Tesla said they would schedule me on a Friday with a 24 hour test drive. They then told me that I could keep the car until Monday since it was the weekend and they were closed on the weekends. Steven at Tesla assured me that there was no problem with conducting this test drive over the weekend. The day before the scheduled test drive, they had given me a 85D (a different model than the one I originally wanted but it would give me the chance to see the difference between this one and the P90D, which was the one I had wanted and set up a test drive for a week in advance.) On the day that I scheduled they cancelled and cited mechanical issues with the car. I was informed by Steven that they could schedule one for me on the Tuesday after the weekend I called Steven on Tuesday and after numerous calls to Steven, I have not heard anything back. I would refer anyone who wants a Tesla to the Dania Beach location. Better service and better sales reps, and if you do chose to go to the West Palm Beach location, make sure Steven isn't your rep. read more
