I am mostly a vegetarian, so I ordered the hummus and salad fatoush - served with fresh homemade pita bread. Every single bite was an EXPLOSION of flavor. Never tasted anything like it. My friend (the carnivore) had the steak (you could cut it with a spoon) and chicken on rice. ( plus he ordered French fries- who does that at a place like this? - even the simplest French fries were delicious). There was enough on our plates to feed the entire Lehigh county. The staff was exceptionally gracious and nice! I LOVED our waiter- The owner came and chatted with us- I boasted about the food. He proceeded to tell us how much care and preparation he takes for every sensual bite. He even soaks the chick peas overnight, to ensure proper flavor for the hummus. Amazing people, amazing food- that just doesn't say enough. I can't wait to go back again. Check the hours, as they are only open in evenings (we went Friday night at 5:30). Seriously.
