The replacement fabric I'd purchased had a repeat that I wanted placed a very specific way on the chair. I supplied Mr. Oh with some illustrations, and an additional chat. There were very strategic issues that he and his team addressed, that I hadn't even taken into account, but he made correct decisions with regard to them! He did this because he is the ultimate perfectionist. I felt that he was that way very early on, just by the way he expressed himself and by the questions he asked.
