When I asked whether the tub would be properly sanitized, the response I received felt dismissive and somewhat unprofessional, which made me uncomfortable. Clear communication, transparency in pricing, and proper sanitation practices are extremely important in this type of service. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet those expectations.
