Unfortunately, my last experience changed that completely. After my final knitting lesson, I spoke with the owners to express my concerns. I explained that I felt I hadn't received the instruction I had paid for. During the lesson, Jason spent much of the time organizing shelves and helping customers instead of teaching. I believed a refund for that lesson would have been appropriate. What disappointed me most was that my concern was never actually addressed. I briefly mentioned that I had given Jason a quick hug goodbye, and somehow the entire conversation turned into a lecture about Loop being "a place of business" where hugging employees was inappropriate. I was even told when I could and couldn't come into the shop. I left wondering, "Wait...what?" My concern about the lesson itself was completely overlooked. To make matters worse, the prices are outrageous. Much of the very same yarn can be purchased at other local yarn shops for substantially less, making it difficult to justify the premium. Most of the staff I encountered were warm and welcoming. My disappointing experience was primarily with the owners. After sharing what happened with a friend, they told me they no longer shop there because they had a similar impression of the owners. Hearing that made me feel less alone in my experience. Sadly, I chose to take my business elsewhere, where I've found excellent instruction, a welcoming atmosphere, and more reasonable prices. I cannot recommend Loop based on my experience. P.S. If Elaine Benes had been in that conversation, I have a feeling she'd have been on my side.

You get everything you need to complete the project, as well as lifetime access to a great instructional video you can review later at home if you're finishing up the project outside class and need a refresher on what you learned.
