The service was a bit lack luster. They told us to sit our selves then it seemed they forgot their own directions. However, whenever we were finally taken care of the food absolutely made up for it. Really delicious with a wide range of options. Really fun casual vibe as well inside.

Looking up at the fish swimming beneath the docks, I felt like we were in a magical pond. It was opening day, so the place was only mostly packed. But give the word time to spread! The scent of curry broth made me wish there was a vegetarian curry ramen, but I was happy with my agedashi tofu (I should have asked for no bonito flakes, because they were very generous with those) and seaweed salad. The staff kindly held open both doors for us, which most wheelchair users will need.

This is a cool place with a welcoming vibe. Interior decor is well done. This being our first time, our waiter was very informative and helpful. Provided excellent service! The food was delicious and freshly prepared. The Spicy Udon was an excellent choice, but there are many other items that deserve trying. Yes, we will return.

I'm not big on ramen, but I decided to try this spot while I was in the area. I usually go for something brothless, so I ordered the Salmon Mentai Yaki Soba. When I tell you this was fire--I came back twice just for this meal. It was a little different the second time but still just as good. I wish I could have tried more dishes, but I was only in the area for three days for work. Bussin!

The food was good, but I'd only recommend it if you have an appetite for Asian cuisine. My favorite was definitely the teriyaki chicken rice bowl and the miso ramen. Everything came out quick and beautifully. The food was clearly well cooked and made. There was nothing necessarily wrong with the service, but it is very apparent that many of the servers either had very little or no experience in the restaurant industry. Our waitress never checked in on us to see if we needed anything (we needed napkins) and we were waiting for the check for a good minute after finishing our food. It wasn't until a seasoned employee saw us and asked if we needed anything that we were finally able to pay and leave. But the aesthetic and ambiance of the restaurant was top notch! The decorations and Naruto references were so fun and playful! I especially loved the decorations of the entrance. I will say, I enjoyed hearing the music from the show and other related songs because it really added to the overall "vibe." But the music was a little to loud to the point where it no longer sounded like background audio. Overall, it was good! I don't know if I would come back to eat by myself until these issues are addressed, but it is definitely a fun place to eat with a few friends (no more than a party of 4-5 because seating is pretty limited).

Food is always good, atmosphere is great. The prices are very reasonable, and the quality of food is great. My wife and I love coming here to eat. Our server was very friendly and prompt with our food, bill, etc.

    Vegetarian ramen, was actually good!

Now I don't know if you know this, but Louisiana isn't exactly known for their sushi. Still, this place had good reviews and he was craving a spicy tuna roll like no other. The restaurant is located downtown, right down the street from Northwestern State University. The area is adorable and Hana has a really nice spot. We sat at the bar and were treated to a delicious crab and cucumber salad. We ordered 5 rolls, all averaging from $5-$10. Being used to New York City prices, this was a steal! The rolls came out about 5 or 10 minutes later and they were amazing. This place could easily rival any other expensive place I've gone to in the city. My favorite was the Tiger's Eye Roll. It had smoked salmon, cream cheese, and jalapeno covered in rice. The Spicy Tuna roll was very interesting. It tasted like the chef had rolled the tuna in jalapeno juice. It was too spicy for my liking but my boyfriend liked it a lot. We had another roll (maybe the rock and roll?) that was stuffed with snow crab, cucumber, jalapeno, and topped with tuna and crunchy. The pieces were so big they were hard to fit in my mouth! Regardless of the size, this roll was delicious. The Crawfish Roll was my boyfriend favorite. It had crawfish tempura, snow crab, and avocado. The sauce that was on it was amazing and the crawfish was absolutely perfect. Our check came and it was only $40. The only problem was we ordered 5 rolls but only received 4 rolls. Our waitresses had changed, so the new waitress didn't know quite what to do. The chef insisted that he gave us 5 rolls but unless two of the rolls only had 4 pieces (as opposed to the typical 8) then we only received 4 rolls. My boyfriend tried to explain that the other roll we ordered had shrimp tempura in it. Clearly, there were no tails leftover on our plates therefore we did not get the roll. The waitress was flustered and said the chef said he gave it to us. Finally, we told her to just run the card. So much for the customer always being right. The place was super dead for a Saturday night. The restaurant itself was so cute and charming, definitely a perfect date spot. The service is meh. We weren't there that long yet we had two or three different waitresses. Plus the whole debacle with the missing roll. Could've been handled better, for sure. All that being said, if I ever find myself in Natchitoches and craving sushi again, I will definitely be hitting up this place.

Had to go back out and find an employee, the people on the patio said they thought she was the only one working. Had a $14 Bloody Mary that should have been more like $6, just mix and vodka and a couple of olives. Didn't taste bad but pretty basic for $14. Had another down the street for $10 that was so much better. Plus, the server seemed like she would prefer we weren't there. Won't be back for sure.
