My boyfriend tried to explain that the other roll we ordered had shrimp tempura in it. Clearly, there were no tails leftover on our plates therefore we did not get the roll. The waitress was flustered and said the chef said he gave it to us. Finally, we told her to just run the card. So much for the customer always being right. The place was super dead for a Saturday night. The restaurant itself was so cute and charming, definitely a perfect date spot. The service is meh. We weren't there that long yet we had two or three different waitresses. Plus the whole debacle with the missing roll. Could've been handled better, for sure. (What two year old will eat that lol) Im genuinely just disappointed. My child isn't disabled or have any special requirements so im okay with the situation we just ended up leaving. But for other children who have sensory disorders, autism, or any other situations, and cannot sit at the grill, are they not allowed to eat? Do better. pls.
