What I found particularly useful was the availability of pit stop stalls with free vacuums and compressed air (for clearing any remaining water from hard to reach areas or loosening dirt and grime). If i could give them a zero I would . The customer service people there are rude, nasty, and look like they are homeless people. I was taken back by how absolutely rude the female manager there is. I asked her a question, and she gave me a side eye, and screamed at me. The first woman who takes your card has big huge pusstules over her whole face, and the guy who wiped down my car with a rag after is defiantly a homeless guy. Have a monthly subscription, go just about every week. Have free washer fluid & air but have not used it. They have clean soapy water to wash off the windshield with soft bristle brushes. Automatic drive thru which cleans very well, upgraded package has shamois to dry your vehicle. Also a tire shine spray. After washing car there's free vacuums & a small air pressure dryer which I love. Best car wash in the area, highly recommend. read more

I drove out of my way to check out this car wash as there is a $5 coupon attached for first time users. Well, the attendant did not know how to use the coupon! ????? I had to ask how much a regular car wash costs as it is not posted anywhere UNTIL you actually drive up to the screen to select the wash. Since I'm the coupon queen I was quite disappointed not to be able to use the coupon. The only way out is to drive through the car wash!!!! Wait! What? I freakin' backed out! This place is a bunch of scum bags They broke my side mirror and refuse to give me there insurance to put a claim in. They are the most horrible edt company I've ever seen. Don't go there cause they will not fix your car they break. They will just blame you for it and refuse to give there insurance. I initially joined and had a simple wash plan but after a few visits I upgraded to the top plan and added my other car as well. There is another wash closer to my house but this is well worth the drive. They have brushes to use on bugs before you enter if you elect. I have a hot/cold relationship here. It is very convenient, especially with a monthly package and does a pretty good job wash-wise. My problem is with the employee attitude. Examples - My debit card was changed and instead of giving me some type of warning, I got an email just saying I'm dropped. I have been a member since the beginning. Just recently I added a new ceramic wax to my wash for $6 to give it a try. It did not get put on my car. Asked. About it next time in, I was basically told too bad and thanks for the cash. I have been a regular monthly customer at this car wash for about 2 years, until today. I have always kept my sticker in the center console of my truck and put it up on my dash when I came to wash my truck. Today when I pulled into the members lane they asked me to roll down my window to tell me that I had to stick the sticker on my windshield. I told them I would not do that and they basically accused me of being a person who would pass my sticker to others so they could get washes. They didn't care when I said I would cancel my account before I would stick that sticker on my windshield. I normal use Squeeky's On Tyrone Blvd but I was on Park thought I'd give them a try. Never again my car was still dirty and it did't even rinse the soap off completely. First time here. Nice gentleman named Robert assisted me on how to use machine and pay. U don't need to get out and leave your car. I got the Ultimate $18. To try. They have a $35/month unlimited. It's a little pricey but I drove in across many states so it needed a good cleaning. Vacuums are free and the suction is the best I've ever used at a carwash! I had difficulty getting caked on bugs off the front and Robert explained I should have used this liquid at the entrance to soften the bugs ( didn't know). He was so kind to put a little in an empty water bottle for me to scrub off.. definitely helps!! I'm not sure if tipping is accepted but I ran up to him after wiping down my car and showed my gratitude by giving him $10. I'll be back :) read more

My Brand new truck was getting its first car wash today. Well it didn't go so well, and even though the attendants refunded me and filled out claim, they were not apologetic and actually got mouth back at me, even though I felt I was in the right not to be all happy and sunshine that my expensive new truck just got it's first scratch's and it wasn't 1 it was both side mirrors and hood. Came here to get a much needed car wash because it was on the way home. Got the $15 package but after going through the wash we noticed that the small amount of bird poop on the hood hadn't even budged. Went back around and asked if we could drive through again and they pointed us in the direction of a bucket and basically told us to do it ourselves. Very disappointed. read more

Very convenient and well kept up car wash. I love that for one price, all month I can get free air, free pre-wash bug wash and free vacuum! And wash my car as much as I want! The staff is always friendly and helpful. One time, my dog locked me out of the car when I was vacuuming and one of the attendants helped me get it open. I can't say enough about this place! Only negative is you can't one-time upgrade your wash. You're locked in to the same service every time. At one time you could upgrade, but I didn't know how, When I finally tried it, they said they got rid of it because no one used it. Well maybe you should have promoted it? I tried a month after I found out I could do that. They should have given it a chance to catch on. I'd give 5 stars if they had this option. If I want a different wash, I have to pay full price. I've had monthly service with them since around March or April 2017 when they opened. Don't get me wrong I've had issues in past but let it go. Today I looked at my bank info and seen $2.00 plus increase. I called spoke to manager Michael and was LIED to. First he said they sent emails out but when I ask what email they had he said NONE. Then he said they handed out letters in November and he said I wasn't in. Now to sign up back in 2017 they had all the info but now they have nothing. But they know my name and bank info so they get automatic pmt. When I said I might start going elsewhere all he said was let us know. Guess if I contact my bank and tell them do not allow anymore automatic pmts to NASCAR then Mr Friendly will find out that way. Some months I never went to car wash but they still got their money and sad to think ppl don't know how to be friendly or respectful. I guess I'm old school and will find car wash that is grateful for the business. Think twice about doing monthly program. Take your business to someone who cares. read more

Spent the last 3 weeks hosting my kids and grand-kids. Went to the beach everyday....so you can imagine what my jeep looked like. Went today for a deep wash and vacuum...WOW! Best carwash ever! Tire shine didn't quite hit the wheels so one of the Associates came out and did it by hand. Awesome service and the most powerful vacuums I have ever used at a carwash! I stopped here on my way to work. No waiting at 5 pm in the evening. Although, the for this type of car wash it was very good, and I expect to see lines soon. I did find the price for a single wash seemed maybe just one or two dollars more in comparison with the carwash Near the Pinellas Park Walmart. However if you look at the monthly memberships, the price is considerably better. For just 95 cents more than the cost of two washes you get the unlimited monthly membership. And most people would wash their car at least twice a month, so why not get the membership and always have a clean car. The one thing at this wash that I have not found at others, that goes above and beyond, was at the dry section. Not only are there blowers for air drying, but there are large rollers (not sure how to describe them yet) with towels/shammys. This contributes to a true "spot free" dry. This is a new car wash on Ulmerton, and with the amount of traffic, I would expect them to be constantly busy very soon. The staff here was very nice. Attentive. Approached me after the wash and asked if I was happy with it. I personally purchased the monthly membership, it just seemed like the more wise choice and better value. Can't wait for my next visit, I was on my way to work for this visit and was not able to try the vacuums. Although I didn't have a need for them at the time. I did check them out, and they seem to have great suction. I hope to find them every bit as satisfying as the wash experience. read more

My car was overly filthy and extremely pollenated. Bought the Last Lap package... long story short, the car was spotless in a matter of a minute or so. High-tech car wash with a cool conveyor belt and spotless finish. They even recycle the water so it's very environmentally sensitive. Hope they open one in St Pete soon. read more

Long story short my brand new truck was full of water because in associate didn't shut the door all the way. They're not supposed to touch or go in the vehicle I was told. Didn't ask anybody to do that. So $467.61 later my truck is dry and clean. Now the general manager Peter low. Is playing games as far as paying me. Besides my pickup often not being cleaned thoroughly, Today a staffer jumped into the bed of my truck and removed a 4' long - 35lb ladder that was lying flat down in the bed without asking me and without my permission. Are you kidding me!! That ladder has been in my truck when I went through this car wash for many months and never posed any issue. The best car wash I've ever been through and the most accommodating! We parked under a tree and got bombarded with deposits from about 100 black birds lol! We went through the wash and some of the spots were still there. I can't believe the first wash cleaned it as well as it did. They told us to go through again and they gave us the super duper wash!
