I called Schultheis Bros for an estimate. I got there name off of the trans website as an authorized installer. From beginning too end Schultheis Bros where professional and did an amazing job. The sales gal came wrote up an estimate and gave it to us on the spot. Wife and I said ok and about a few days later she came back with lead installer too check over everything too make sure everything was going to be ok for the instal. He decided we did not need as big a but heating int or as big a ac unit as our third floor is not vented. The installers where fast and friendly and did an amazing job. They worked very clean and did not leave any mess at all. I would definetly recommend the Schultheis Bros team for all your heating and cooling needs.

I showed the salesman what was wrong with the one window and I was advised he would report it immediately to the corporate office however I never heard back. After receiving another roofing estimate which was about $4500.00 cheaper I decided that due to the lack of service on repairing a minor window lock, there was no way they would respond if a roof were to develop a leak. As of this review I have not received any correspondence from Allgood with respect to repairing my window. I called several contractors needing my roof replaced on short notice due to a series of bad roof leaks on an very old flat roof system and was in a rush to get the project started with the Spring rain well on its way. Shawn Whalen himself CAME TO MY HOME THE VERY NEXT MORNING after we spoke on the phone to evaluate my roof. While I had to chase other contractors down for their bids, he sent me his bid in a timely manner. Not only that, HIS BID WAS COMPETITIVE with the other 2 estimates I obtained and more importantly, HE AGREED TO PUSH BACK OTHER JOBS to accommodate our roof project... it was an emergency since our roof was actively leaking! We had to wait a week or so for the weather to warm up to start the project due to the manufacturers recommendation. Shawn really listened, because he knew my wife and I were very worried about the leaks and we had bad weather coming. So two days later he came out with one of his guys and patched our roof. That day after the patch job, we had a big rainstorm and were able to sleep through the night. It was the first time we hadn't worried about our home getting additional water damage in several weeks. We were really nervous leading up to the project because firstly, it's such a big financial commitment, and second, we didn't want to have to deal with any roof issues going forward for a really long time. The days leading up to the install, I was frequently texting Shawn with questions as well as requests for colors and materials I preferred for the re-roof. HE WAS ALWAYS QUICK TO GET BACK TO ME with answers and to confirm the changes to my order and NEVER GAVE THE IMPRESSION I WAS BOTHERING HIM. When the project got delayed a couple days due to the weather, Chuck from his office kept me updated. Big shoutout to Chuck! His project manager got sick the first day of the install so Shawn showed up to make sure everything got started without any problems. HIS CREW WAS WELL STAFFED, EFFICIENT, AND FINISHED THE JOB IN 2 DAYS. They came back on the 3rd day to do a quality check without me asking.
