I had new windows installed about 4 years ago. The lock on the one window isn't latching to securely lock the one window. I notified Allgood several time via telephone, email, text, and even once when they were at my home to give me a quote on a new roof. I showed the salesman what was wrong with the one window and I was advised he would report it immediately to the corporate office however I never heard back. After receiving another roofing estimate which was about $4500.00 cheaper I decided that due to the lack of service on repairing a minor window lock, there was no way they would respond if a roof were to develop a leak. As of this review I have not received any correspondence from Allgood with respect to repairing my window. I can not with a clear conscious recommend this company to anyone searching for home remodeling or repair as they do not honor their warranty. read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Had an estimate done in February 2016 for replacement of the rubber roof on my mobile home. Here we are 6 months later and the job still isn't done to our satisfaction. First off they basically force you into the "deal" they offer at the time of the estimate or else you pay nearly double. Then, communication between reps/offices is completely lacking. Let's not even mention the empty promises and insincere apologies. Several times I was told the crew would be out the next day and they wouldn't show, and no call to let me know they couldn't make it. Suffice it to say once the job was completed, my boyfriend and I had several concerns about the appearance of the roof (looked like there were several places susceptible to leaks) that were repeatedly waved off with more promises that it would not leak, rather than them just fixing the problems. I'm still fighting with the company to get the job done right and after all the hassle I feel like 8 grand is way too expensive for a rubber band-aid that looks like crap. read more

Really enjoyed dealing with this company from start to finish. Rich Boehm, sales manager, was a delight to listen to. The sales pitch is very detailed and he answered every question we had. Pricing wasn't outrageous considering these windows are triple paned with a lifetime warranty on the product as well as on the labor. The installers, Bob and Joe, were courteous and very professional. The metal work is awesome and Bob impressed the hell out of me watching him create the finished product. All caulking is neat and clean. Other than a quick sip of ice tea they worked through until quiting time. We love these windows and the garden window is beautiful. read more

WORST SELLS PITCH EVER! Called to get a quote on a roof and the salesman was rude and inconsiderate. I just need a price but he wanted to spend an hour with me, Who has that time? After I told him he said, "We are doing this my way or not at all". Excuse me I am paying you for a service and if I don't want to hear your sales pitch then that is my decision. I had been quite displeased with my porch for a very long time.....it was falling apart, rusted, and just looked worn. When "allgood" came and replaced the entire porch as well as added to my roof, all I could do is just stand there and gawk at it!! It turned out much better than I had imagined! Excellent initial evaluation by sales rep, workmanship, knowledge of all employees that came to my home, service, customer relations and cost. 3 years later I'm sill happy and pleased. Awful. DO NOT EMPLOY THIS BUSINESS. If I could give no stars I would. I am extremely disappointed with the service we received. My husband and I went with All Good because of the discount they offered if we signed the contract that day and because the salesman described a very reputable business with quality services. We usualy do not make such rash decisions, especially on big purchases like an entire roof, but we did. So our first mistake was thinking that a large business, like All Good would be better than a smaller company in getting our roof done in a timely manner while at the same time giving great product. We were so wrong. We signed the contract at the end of October and were promised that we would be contacted in a couple of weeks by the engineer to take look at our roof to order the right supplies (i.e. confirm measurements, etc.) and that after this we were only a month out (which would be November) when they actually could start the roof and that they would be done in a couple of days. The salesman also boasted about their excellent clean up at the end of the job. All of this was comforting to hear because A) we wanted the roof job to be done before winter really hit and before the arrival of my baby and B) wanted clean up to be excellent because we have a toddler that would be playing in backyard when spring/summer came. Well, much to our disappointment, they did not even start the job until the middle of January (which BIG surprise, was when bad weather started coming and going making it difficult for them to finish the job--this was dragged on for 2-3 weeks versus the 2-3 days promised). Also, the only reason they started was because I called at the start of January and inquired as to why no one had been in touch--they, of course claimed, "O we were just about the call you!". At the time, I gave them the benefit of the doubt, was kind to the roofers offering them refuge from the cold and hot coffee. Well, here we are, mid March and our clean up has yet to be completely done. The project manager, Tom, came the day they finished the roof and promised that clean up with be done--he convinced me to sign and pay them in full because payment needed to be in for the contractors to get paid that coming week. BIG MISTAKE. I trusted him and next thing I know the roofers are leaving with the clean up unfinished--my other mistake was communicating directly with the roofing contractors (Roger) in when they would be out next to finish cleanup. After going through a song and dance with them and getting promise after promise (at least 3 times) that they would come out to finish, I finally decided I needed to contacted All Good's project manager directly--Tome. He immediately came out the following day to clean up but couldn't finish because the ground was frozen (so the nails, etc. were stuck to the ground). He promised as soon as it got warm again he'd be out with the magnetic roller to pick up the nails. This was a few weeks ago. I've reached out and now am getting the same song a dance, promises that someone would be out. Noone has shown. This puts into question their intregrity--how can I trust that they even did the roofing job correctly when their clean up has been so shotty and they make false promises and make excuses time and again for MONTHS? I feel so taken advantage of. We are good, trusting and hard working people, not made of money, and I feel so ripped off. Not to mention angry that I've had to take time out of my day to call them time and again after just recently giving birth to our second child--I should not be using any of my time and energy on this. Had they gotten started when they said they would, I wouldn't be writing this review. Hopefully they reach out and finish the job they promised or in the very least don't this to another family. I wouldn't take your chances though...just look into another company. read more

I filled out the online request for a free estimate to repair a small bedroom window. I received a call quickly from a very kind lady (or so I thought). First, she explained that they do not repair windows, they only replace them. Fine, I decided it wouldn't hurt to have an estimate in case it couldn't be repaired any way. Then, after asking me a million questions about the window and me not knowing the exact details of what the thing was made of, the lady became very condescending. I ignored it at first. Here's where it went really bad. She started to schedule the appointment and asked if anyone else owned the home with me. I said, "Sure, my husband". She asked his name and then asked what his work schedule was. I explained to her that we are in the process of relocating out of state and my husband is currently working and living in that other state and would not be available. She, at first, didn't believe that he wouldn't be coming home at all. I think I finally convinced her that he was LIVING IN A DIFFERENT STATE. Then, she told me that they couldn't help me if my husband wasn't home. That it was their policy that all owner's of the home be present, not only for the estimate, but for the repair as well. Is this the 1920's? Also, how is that convenient? So, she said that she couldn't help me and we ended the call. You'd think it would end there, right? NO! Since then, I have had 3 separate people call and try and schedule the appointment. After I tell them that I already talked to someone and they couldn't help me because my husband couldn't be home, they explain that the person before must not have put a note in the file. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Super annoying. I have asked to be completely taken out of their system. We'll see if that works. So disappointing. Needless to say, I found a company to repair the window without my husband being present and for far less money. read more
