I LOVE Nobody's! I've been coming here over 20 years. The original owner Art was a sweetheart I was so sad to hear of his passing. The owner now Andrew is FABULOUS! He use to be the one to pick me up at my home and bring me to pick up my car. Or take me home if my car had to spend the night. He was so young and eager to learn now he has 4 kids! I value their honesty especially being a female and a senior bc we all know how auto places try to rip off women and senior. They do not pressure you to get anything done but they explain in detail what needs to be done. Robert is an employee that is very personable and goes in depth letting you know what is wrong or what could go wrong if something isn't taken care of soon. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for an honest reliable auto repair/ service place. Twice I came here. I spent north of $4000 on my car. With the second expense, I noticed something amiss. Specifically, my car was leaking coolant, and it had not been doing that before. Long story short, I took it to another garage that diagnosed the problem as the previous mechanic having not replaced clamps on two places in my car. This was most inconvenient, as it resulted in my car overheating more than once and me having to take time off work and pay for Uber rides to go to and from the new mechanic. I brought my 2001 MB 320 slk in for repair of a continually blowing radiator fan motor. They quoted me a fair price more so than any other repair shop I had been to. Mine was an issue that many others had attempted to repair none of which were successful. They all lied about having completed the repair leaving my car in the same condition. The good guys at nobody's inspected my car and were very honest in their business dealings. They said my car's problems may take many hours of labor to identify, and repair. They weren't exactly sure what was wrong but they were (1). honest enough to explain what they did, (2) tell me I'd have to decide if they went further in the attempt to repair, and (3) since no repair had been effected there would be no charge. No other repair shop I visited had been so meticulous in explaining my situation, or honest not expect to be paid for nothing. For these reasons I for one will bring my car to Nobody's every time. Mannnnnn Andrew (auto concierge) must be super human, he's on everybody's review! When is he ever off??? Lol. But it's for good reason. Andrew is the epitome of customer service. Very polite and there to answer all of your automotive questions. Scheduled an oil change for today when they opened. Was able to get checked in and drop off the vehicle, while I ran some errands. My number of file was used for when my auto was ready. Timing was perfect for my needs (didn't need it before any specific time) Comfortable wait area is available to those that need to wait. Very spacious. Price was good for parts and labor. Under $30 for an oil change for my particular vehicle. Don't forget to pick up your vehicle or you will be charged storage fees after 3 days. Wow!!!! I found this shop to be very clean, professional and conducts business with great work ethics. I felt respected and appreciated as a customer throughout my experience here. This is a Christian-based business. The owner (Andrew) believes in living his faith and it shows in his business. As a matter of fact when he assists you he never tells you that he is the owner. While writing this review I heard him tell a customer a couple of times over the phone "we appreciate your business". When asked his name (I assumed) I heard him just say "Andrew". He could've boasted that they were speaking with the owner ... but did not. He sees himself as a worker bee. How neat is that? I came here after reading great reviews/ratings about this business. So, I was pleasantly surprised that my experience matched the positive reviews that I had read about. The initial cost to fix my car was quite costly but Andrew sought out after-market parts and easily saved me over $1,000.00 (European car). I found that their prices are pretty decent compared to another "reputable" shop I had contacted last week. The other shop wanted $180.00 to look at the car with no credit applied towards the repairs. "Nobody's" only charged me $79.00 to diagnose the problem and applied that cost to the my repair cost, then shopped around to help defray my out of pocket costs. The waiting area is nice neat and clean. There is no TV but they have plenty of reading materials available but bring your favorite if you elect to wait on your vehicle). There's a Popeye's and a Big Lots as well as other shops across the street. There is also a Waffle House two doors down on the same side of the street. I have another car that needs servicing and will be bringing that one in to be serviced here as well! TIP: Call ahead or drive in and make an appointment a week and a half in advance. They seem to be well-liked and are extremely busy and are usually booked up at least a week in advance but are worth the wait. read more

If you work in the service industry, or know anything about it, then you know, as well as I do, that if the business is honest and does good work, they don't need to advertise because they're always busy! Nobody's came highly recommended by a friend of ours but my wife and I were still a bit nervous about taking our vehicle there for repair this first time. Like many others who have written reviews we found Nobody's to be an exceptional business. Andrew at the front desk was awesome. He explained that there were many vehicles in front of ours, promised to try and fit us in, called a few hours later to let us know the problem, and got the repair done that day. When we showed up to pick the vehicle up Andrew explained what the problem had been and the steps taken to fix things. The shop itself is very clean and the waiting area is comfortable. I had to replace the water pump and after taking to America's Service Station - Lawrenceville and receiving a ridiculous quote for the job I contacted Art and he not only looked at my car FOR FREE (turned out the first place was trying to make me replace the thermostat as well and Art and his team told me the part did not need replacement) but he also charged me a very fair price for the job. This is an awesome place. I just found this place and the only reason I went to it is because everyone that left a review talked about the honesty of the people that work there. I took my car in because the check engine light came on, and also something was leaking from the bottom of my car. They did a diagnostic check to find out what the problem was. Then the amount of the diagnostic test they put it towards the repair of my car. The people seem to be very honest and they do awesome repair work. Do yourself a favor and take your car to Nobody's!! I FINALLY found an honest shop to take my car to for repairs! At another shop, I was told to replace my rotors right away and that the shocks were shot. The guy even showed me the "leaking" shocks...actually had fluid on the shock somehow. The estimate was almost $800 and $250 for 2 new tires "because the shocks caused a step pattern causing my car to vibrate." I was recommended to Nobody's for a second opinion thankfully! They test drove my car, inspected it and came back with the results. Nothing is wrong with the shocks, they were bone dry with no cracks or tears. The rotors had plenty of material left and did not need to be replaced. And the tires were fine. So all in all, Nobody's saved me about $1000 in unnecessary repairs. I will be back and recommend them to every single person that needs any work done. read more

I took my car here on the recommendation of a friend. I was very pleased with my experience. The staff we friendly and very communicative. I was never left wondering what was going on with my vehicle. They didn't try to push any extra services on me, and in fact they didn't even let me request a tune up until after they'd checked to see if I needed one. Totally shocked with the incredible service I got here. After throwing the belts off my car and having it towed to PepBoys in Roswell (BAD), my car sounded like a wounded zebra when it started. I did not want to drive back to Alpharetta to get it fixed and the folks at Discount Tire (also 5*****) recommended I have Nobody's take a look. I made an appointment and took it in. Andrew at the desk was very professional. He accessed my appointment on the computer and I told him if it was going to be over $100, I would probably need to take it back to Alpharetta. He told me what the diagnostic fee was going to be (near $100). I pondered for a minute and considered the horrific service I got at PepBoys, I told him to go ahead. They took the car back and after about 30 minutes I started thinking this is going to cost an arm and a leg and I'll probably have to take PepBoys to court. A few minutes later, the mechanic pulled up, came in and handed me the keys - he said, "All set. The belts needed tightening. You're good to go." I went out and started to get in the car and thought, "I didn't pay." I went back in and told him I forgot to pay and I won't tell you what happened from there, but to say I was elated would be an understatement. Considering expectations from the PepBoys fiasco, my spirits were elevated beyond imagination. Sorry for the novel, but if you're over 30 years old you've probably had a bad experience with a repair shop. I RARELY recommend an auto repair shop, but I will now. If I ever take my cars anywhere else it will because I moved back to Texas. :-)... even then, I might come back. Listening to Andrew talk with customers I could tell they are not a cut-rate shop, but you WILL get what you pay for and then some. Not often do you come across mechanics who are honest and really have your best interest in mind. Nobody's is that auto service place. They do tremendous work and will only do what's needed. I had a cracked radiator and one service place (I wont state any names but certainly wont be going back) told me the services will run me $1200 plus. I called Nobody's and spoke with Andrew and just from the info I gave him he stated I shouldn't need all the extra stuff I was quoted by the other place. He was absolutely correct. They replaced the radiator and did a few other things but once they were done my repair cost was half of what I was quoted from the other place. HALF...you read that right. I cant believe the other place was trying to have me do things I didn't even need just to make more money. I appreciate Andrews honesty as well as the good job they did. You certainly have gained a new customer for life. Will bring all my vehicles there from now on if any issues arise. read more

Trying to find a new mechanic to work on the family's vehicles in the Lawrenceville area. After looking up countless reviews on Yelp and online, I finally concluded to come here bright and early Monday morning. First of all they where opened on time, very clean place, and seemingly very organized (No tools, tires, or equipment scattered about). To my surprise.. After explaining the problem I was having with my 2003 Ford Expedition having start-up issues with possibly the starter or fly wheel. The gentleman explained that it was a problem that he had experience several times before. Everything he said was in agreement with what I was experiencing and already attempted on my own to trouble shoot. And there was nothing that could be done in his shop that can help. He gave me a possible solution that I can do on my own. Note: He did not give me the run around and take my money, which I am very happy about. I do recommend you set an appointment, this place is not hurting for business and not greedy to take your money and have you sitting around all day, because there overbooked. read more
