The only difference was that they told me they would spray the gutters because they said it would look better but the wind wasn't cooperating and they rolled them. Which didn't matter because the guy that rolled them was a professional a.k.a David. The owner is Monty and he is a combat vet that will answer his calls. He was very patient with our HOA. The foreman Francisco was super attentive to detail and he made sure that everything was accounted for and clean. Very happy we hired them!

The same two man crew was here for three days and Mickey came by everyday to check progress and make sure we were happy with the job. They did all the prep work and the end result was amazing! The painted cabinets make it look like it was a full remodel. They look brand new. On a side note, I work from home and have two kids that are in school. I felt completely comfortable with the painters in the house all day. They were fairly quiet while I was on calls and very accommodating while I fed my kids breakfast and after school snacks.
