I rarely leave reviews, but after eight years of reflecting on my experience, I feel it's important to share it. I first visited this store in 2018 while I was thriving professionally and personally. At the time, I was an established Tennessee Titans Cheerleader, actively pursuing my music career, traveling for opportunities, and genuinely excited about where life was headed. I initially came in simply because I was interested in crystals. Over time, I became involved in the store's meditations, purchased the owner's book, and participated in energy sessions with both Ataana and Amanda. During those sessions, I was repeatedly told things about my life and spiritual condition that I had not shared with them, including suggestions about hidden trauma, poor boundaries, black magic, entities, prosperity issues, and other unseen influences. The owner's healing method also encouraged interpreting nearly any internal sensation, image, thought, or feeling as spiritually significant. At first, I trusted that these practices were intended to help. Looking back after eight years, I no longer believe they did. Instead, I felt increasingly fearful, confused, dependent on their interpretations, and preoccupied with finding hidden spiritual problems that always seemed to require more healing. What concerns me most is not that the practitioners held metaphysical beliefs. It is that I came away feeling that ordinary life experiences were repeatedly reframed as evidence of spiritual attacks, energetic interference, or unresolved issues. Rather than becoming more grounded and empowered, I experienced the opposite during that period of my life. This review reflects my personal experience over an extended period of time. Others may have had different experiences, but it took me years to fully recognize the magnitude of the impact this had on my life. The experience was profoundly unsettling and harmful to my well-being. I cannot recommend the energy work or teachings that I received there. I saw Herkimer Diamonds for sale and thought they were real diamonds and asked the cashier if these were real diamonds because I wanted one and she LIED through her teeth by saying they are real Herkimer diamonds. Herkimer diamonds are just fancy quartz and I got scammed $30. She knew what she was doing. They have an excellent selection of crystals though but be careful! read more

I was in dire need of some of some wearable crystals to replace prior to the full moon. I've been to the store in East Nashville so I kind of knew what vibes to expect. Parking is available in the front and back and you can't miss that welcoming front door. Good vibes were felt throughout the store and the woman who helped me was very knowledgeable about all of their products. She definitely was thoroughly educated their backgrounds and sources. This store is bigger than the one on the Eastside. It's more spacious and allows more room to browse without everything being on top of one another. There are several rooms with everything from huge crystals to small one you can keep in your pocket, jewelry such as bracelets, rings, and necklaces, sage and other spiritual aids. Each crystal type also has a card that highlights its attributes. Don't forget to pick up one as you pick your crystals. But after being tested for 2 things that would be great for me, from this store, I went ahead and purchased. I found the owner a bit off putting. Sometimes she was nice and sometimes she was snippy and weird. Felt like I was interacting with two different people. Just a very strange interaction. Not sure I'll be back. I had a very poor experience there today over a $96 ring they sold me that fell apart just over two weeks after getting it. At this point, I cannot recommend this store to my friends. I was not asking for a refund, simply for store credit (with the ring and saved receipt). I had been recommending friends, family, and clients to them. I spent hundreds of dollars and have friends I referred that also spent hundreds. Now, I will have to retract that recommendation based on how they treat customers. Making money hand over fist on people's desperate need to find anything to make them feel better. Also the volume of the chanting music was overwhelming and the store clerks spaghetti lunch wafting through the place mixed with incense was just too much for me. I've been through a recent trauma and went for some healing crystals but the energy and smells in the store were overwhelming. My husband and I were down here for a weekend getaway and he surprised me by finding this gem on Yelp. They are tucked away on this cute little street filled with local businesses- parking is a bit of a pain- we drove around at least 3 times before finding a nearby spot. They have a great selection of crystals and worldly goods- some were a a bit pricy but I understand you get what you pay for when it comes to them. They were doing energy healing sessions that day down the hall for a donation. While I was on the fence, I opted to do one and it was absolute magic. Super serene and relaxing. Very terrible gut feeling walking in. As I started to check the prices the bad vive that I was going to get scammed grew stronger. They have prices on some of the stones, but beware that they will get weighed at the register and you will pay triple or more than the marked price. Also, I had never been so profiled in my life, the cashier was literally breathing down my neck as I was trying to shop for stones. There was one point where the cashier even came to stand next to me with a measuring tape to act like she was measuring the wall. I will never come to this store again.
