So I really only have a white tarp hanging on the side of my RV. He will not return my calls, it has been 2 months. I gave him time to make this right before I posted this review. I had to give him 1 star to post this I would have given him 0 if I could. I hope this keeps others from being taken by this Service. George B. middle Tennessee

Freddy helped us out of a bad situation and I cannot recommend him enough. We were a couple days…read morefrom house closing and an out of state move when our RV trailer brakes froze and the wheel fell off, stranding the trailer in the street in our neighborhood. No other trailer repairmen would work on axles except for Freddy. He made numerous calls to try to locate an axle. When that was not successful, he was able to have someone weld a spindle to the axle and eventually get the trailer up and running. He went above and beyond making calls and exploring options because he knew we were in a pinch. Although he lived in williamsport, he responded to Nashvillemultiple times and had to deal with shipping issues with FedEx in the meantime. He was super friendly, professional and courteous. And his rates were very reasonable. He could have charged anything he wanted given our situation, but he didn't take advantage of it. He even took apart the other drums and repacked the bearings to make sure everything was in tight order. This is a guy you can trust and a guy who will do whatever it takes to help you out.

Horrible! My wife and I stopped in during a sales event…read morethey were having, so they were a bit busy. When we finally had a Sales Associate assigned to us, after a 40min wait...again they were busy, we told him we were looking to purchase to purchase a Class C. He showed us a few, but none seemed to match what we wanted. He had one last one to show us that he said had what we were looking for. The RV was locked so he excused himself to get the keys. So we waited. And waited. And waited. He never returned. When I walked inside, I observed him introducing himself to another couple and taking yo to look at travel trailers. So you leave customers outside, in a light rain, and blow them off? Needless to say, I will NEVER do business with Camping World Murfreesboro. We left there and went to Nashville RV in Franklin and found an incredible Class C that we ended up purchasing. Camping World, just because you're the biggest dealership on the block doesn't make you the best. Far from it.

I bought a brand new suitcase at the Hermitage Ross location two weeks ago for $80. I fly to…read moreOregon, get off the plane and my new suitcase is busted up in a big way. I look at all the other suitcases on the baggage claim and they are fine. So naturally I take the busted item into Ross and ask for a refund. Any other retailer in 2023 (maybe excepting the dollar store) would have given me a refund no questions asked, but not Ross. The first "manager" says, "Well it's not resalable so we can't take it back," and I laugh because of course it's not resalable. Then manager #2 comes up and says, "Well I have had a lot of suitcases break on the plane," and I said, "After you bought the suitcase two weeks prior?" and he says, "Well, it depends on the quality of the suitcase," and I said, "Yeah, Ross sold me a poor-quality suitcase," and they still wouldn't take my return. I honestly feel bad for these yes-men-managers who do whatever they are told by some corporate executive who makes policies like this and doesn't care about customer satisfaction or experience. Also, I have my full conversation with these managers recorded if corporate would like to listen but what is most likely? A) Ross corporate cares B) Ross corporate doesn't care You know the answer.
